Most of the Asian people use the right hand to eat their food. Before and after eating you will have to wash your hand well. When eating with hand you have better relations with the food and also good blend rather eating with a spoon and a folk. In Western countries they use spoon & folk because they need to eat their food very warm during winter. Also Asians eat rice and curry and the hand is the best to eat them.
samiji.. you said i should wash my hands my place both my hands on the food before eating. since im indian im quite not comfortable putting my left hand on the food. im not comfortable doing that even the food will not be comfortable doing that. what you say samiji???
