  • This is pretty interesting, I never got to see them at the time that is being shown. Check out mine, also.

  • To everyone curious about this....

Solution: Since the light moves slow and is often steady, buy a very good telescope and focus into it, You'll see what it really is, and dont be suprised of what youre gona see just be quiet and dont tell anyone about it or the men will erase the evidence.

  • what´s the fist song in this clip?

  • The very first one (which is only 25 seconds or so) is Let it Rise by Big Daddy Weave. The second song that closely follows is David Crowder Band, I saw the light.

  • Also I did see something unusual about 50 mi. from Marfa back in my roughnecking days . We were on a lease road pretty far back up in the hills quite some way from any highways . We were driving through a very narrow valley with abrupt hills and my driller said , LOOK ! We saw two bluish green lights traveling in perfect tandem about 50' apart up this very rugged steep hill . These lights were about 150' from us . I couldn't possibly guess what they were . Only God knows .

  • I'm glad you pointed out that Guadalupe peak was on the right . I'm from nearby Carlsbad , NM , and there are some there that don't know which is El Capitan and which is Guadalupe Peak . When I was a teenager me and some others went to the top around late July . It was about 90 degrees at the bottom and by the time we got to the top a thunderstorm had enveloped the peak and the temp. was around 50 degrees . I saw lightning hit El Capitan from there making a puff of smoke where it struck .

  • One of these days, somebody will take the simple - but so far elusive - step of putting colored lighting gels over the headlights of a string of cars (one side only; we don't want any accidents) and drive them up and down the road in question. If the Marfa lights are in color that night, we'll know the answer; if not, then they stay a mystery.

    Volunteers? Please?

  • I stand corrected, you also showed guadalupe peak towards the end of the video!

  • The name of the controversial mountain/peak is the famous, but not so famous, Cathedral mountain and it is located on highway 118 towards big bend national park... And NOOOO that is not car lights because there is not a highway in front of cathedral mountain... the highway is located behind it and another highway is to the far right of the light not even in the shot of the camera

  • I love those endless stretches on the way to Guadalupe Peak.

  • nicely done!!
