The abs contract EVENLY, it would be like holding a length of elastic at each end and trying to pull one end to make it stretch more than the opposite side.
Why not just use the sling, like i do, on my page? that way you can put your all into your abs, nto useing your hands til you fatiuge? good but it could be better
