  • Hi Tim, nice work. A couple suggestions

    1) focus on landing softly/quietly on the first exercise

    2) focus on keeping your elbows tucked into your ribs on the second

    3) focus on exhaling while your legs come towards your head

    4) try to land with a a fully flat foot squat - equal distribution of your entire bodyweight over your entire foot

    If you're going to go for the whole 20 minute challenge, I'd recommend dropping the reps down to 4/exercise, which is the grunt level challenge.

    Is it okay to do 10 sets on Commando level and 10 sets on grunt?

    I do that and finish all my sets within a minute.

  • Pretty good bro! You were short rep completion on a couple exercises, i would love to see you do that for 10 minutes!! Honestly, i dont think you could!!! Not a diss, just my thoughts.
