Im prescribed narcotics and deal with chronic constipation.Once a week i "flush" with magnesium citrate.I highly recommend it to all those suffering the side effects of pain meds!

@anuangelseyes me too, i thought i had liver disease because thats where my pain was 3 weekd straight! come to find out i was blocked up with a swollen prostate. i was on pain meds too probably why i was blocked up! do you get dizzy

I actually was going bananas looking for something to soften and make me go, and I asked my pharmacist and he gave me magnesium citrate. I got home having to go really bad, popped the cap and drank half the bottle... then literally sat on the toilet 3 seconds afterwards and here I didnt even need the magnesium citrate, I took a dump and was fine... so now Im waiting for the magnesium citrate to clear the rest out hahaha

This stuff works like a charm... I drink it on an empty stomach before I go to bed followed by a big glass of water... 4-6 hours later I wake up n It's like my butthole is throwing up water... I usually go threee times...but besure to have the day off.... Nothing feels better than getting it all out if ur clogged up

magnesium citrate is the best way to clean somebody out. it works so well. no gas cramps upset stomach sour stomach or anything. just ever so sit on the toilet let out the liquid which is pretty fast and then on your way. its very easy

thank you so much for this video...i just got back from the doctor i thought my appendix was gone, but it ends up being a clogged colon, and i was given this magnesium citrate, tomorrow should be my first day...so you recommend to take the entire bottle with water, thats what my doctor said, im just a bit skeptical as with all things i try...but i cant wait...cuz my right side is hurting bad...but thank you for this video...you're awesome!!!!!!

it is so funny the same thing happened to me and i could have saved some money and listened to my mom who bought this for me after i spent all day and night in the e.r. and the doctors did not no a thing! after my mom bought this stuff and i took it i pooped all day long into the wee hours in the morning. the pain in my stomach went away. I was blocked up from cheese something i hardly eat but due to menses and cravings i had been eating alot of cheese chips.
