nothing is completely objective when describing ourselves. in other words, anything written by and interpreted by man, even if its slight, its ultimately information that forms conjecture or an opinion.
far as I'm concerned I'm satisfied your spot on about the other position of players involved.
I think talking about legalities is meaningless, because laws are made by those who carry the bigger stick, to serve the interests of those who carry the bigger stick. It's not about laws. It's about power and control. And about the balance of power.
Then again to some fundamentalists it's about something else.
It's ok for Israel to have nukes & not Iran because they are the US's pawn, and Iran is not.
Everybody blames their problems on someone else, I see no particular singling out of Jews, even they they do complain a lot and play the victim card to the max. Yeah Hitler killed some Jews, a tiny fraction compared to what he did to the Polish people, who you don't see making guilt trip movies 10 times a year.
Your analysis on the Chinese is spot on, I know because I know them rather well. So..
Whenever this subject comes up with my crowd the only position the ones opposite me seem to take is to look at how horrible Israel is. Mentioning facts (Iran broke the law) or opinions (no one gives a fuck about either Israel or Palestine) seems to phase them. Its all about how Israel brought this nuclear monster to life.
btw please read the NPT treaty and you will see theres no way the IAEA head can come to the conclusion he did without having inspected the site. Becasue if the site is still 6 months before going into production then they could not have violated any laws.
You sound like a fair minded individual, so please seek the truth and dont just follow what the steps of these warwongers would want nothing more than to plunge this country into another way. Lastly, why is it ok for israel to have nukes?
From what I have read the revised editions of IAEA policy were violated. The initial construction of said facility was supposed to be reported. It apparently was not.
What a joke, can u please give your audience a link showing where the IAEA said they broke any law. The truth is they havent broken any law at all and if fact they have given into more concessions than any other country under the NPT.
Please correct the errors in this video and stop spreading lies. I also urge you to watch this clip.

And I also wish you get back to me when you are rdy. Thanks
Yesterday the IAEA said the iran broke international law by not disclosing the contstruction of the physical plant el bardei, head of the IAEA said that iran was on the "wrong side of the law by not disclosing the initial construction of the new nuclear facility". The only joke is your lack of keeping up with what the head of the IAEA said in new dehli a day ago. Wallow in your inaccuracy.
care to back that up with a link? I really like to see the reason he gave for it, cos if i remeber correctly, under the NPT they have the right to keep the facility secret up until 6 moths before it goes life.
Maybe he was misquoted or he had a memory loss on the part of NPT that stated that.
Youtube doesn't aloow links to be posted. Google IAEA Iran broke nuclear law. Hundreds of links. Simply denying facts, and it is a fact he said that yesterday, doesn't change the fact that that is what he said. You parroting iranian talking points doesn't change the fact you and the head of the IAEA disagree. He was not misquoted. Lol. Its on video...or maybe the zionists cut up his statement and edited it only to have him agree with it later. Lol.
I did google it and I have to say that I am shocked after seeing what he wrote. I wished he would have gone abit further to state exactly the rules they broke cos if you read the NPT agreement they signed, theres nothing there suggesting any country under the agreement should inform the IAEA about the construction of a nuclear facility.
I think this is just a case of the west singling about the Israeli enemy becuase they ar seen by the rest of the work as the villian. Plz read the NPT
e latest IAEA report (GOV/2009/55) states that Iran has not yet implemented early provisions of design information in accordance with the revised Code 3.1 of the Subsidiary Arrangements General Part, which would require Iran to notify the agency of the construction of new facilities or modifications to existing ones as soon as such a decision has been authorized by the government or the plant operator.
The original agreement required Iran to submit such information no later than 180 days before the introduction of nuclear material into the facility 2003/40) So that looks like that violated a revised version.
ok, the problem here is that the Iranians claim the facility in question is more than 180 days before its ready to start any enriching. Also you know you cannot revise an already agreed upon contract without both sides agreeing to it.
So watch ever was in the revised edition of the treaty is irrevelant to the iranians. Btw can you tell me why its ok for Israel to refuse to sign onto the NPT and not Iran. this question is not so important, but id like to know your answer
Its a un watchdog. Therefore it simply needed consensus and not everyone agreeing to xhange policy. I never claimed it was ok for israel. The two wrongs make a right theory holds no water.
no no no, Iran volutnarily agreed to sign the treaty unlike Israel who was voted down by the UN secuirty coucil to join but still hasnt done so.
I understand that 2 wrong dont make a right, but its double standard when you push for 1 country to abide by the rules and not do so for the other country. You have to play fair when dealing with world powers or else you lose their trust.
No, Iran only has to abide by what they signed, signatory to the NPT implies they signed something
By signing the agrrement you also agree to be held accountable by all amendments and revision bound by the charter of the un. Un treaties all work like this. Iran is bound by un charter and the iaea because they signed on. Israel did not sign on. There is a difference legally, but not morally
Hey ran. Well who they are sending is indicative of where these talks are going. Judging by the cast od characters...I would say that is nowhere. I understand your concerns and I fear for your safety as well as the safety of all my israeli and palestinian friends in that region. Iran cares little for jews and arabs alike. Just poiting out what you just did...its another bluff and the players indicate that

Thanks. I try to avoid hysteria as opposed to various nedia outlets that thrive on out. The realpolitick is usually a lot more complex and boring than polarized sides having shouting matches
Are you sure that Iran was breaking the law on the nuclear plant issue, some of whom I've spoken have said that when it comes to nuclear plants you have to report that you have a plant a year or so before it is completed not before you start building it. And we should remember that it was IRAN that reported this, it wasn't some secret undercover agency who found a paper trail or something like that before and then found it to their horror.
One of the trickiest parts in understanding events like this is sorting through all the conflicting objectives from each side as all these wild cards sit down to either make peace or declare war on one another.
And what is even more complex is sometimes intranational interest conflict as well. Our strategic allaince with israel is in direct conflict with the interests of russia and china. This won't be easy, in fact, it may be impossible to convince israel to stop the inevitable
Just my two cents but Id let them have nukes. The problem isnt Iran its Islamism as a whole, taking out a couple of Iranian reactors isnt going to stop the rise of political Islamic theocracy. Id play the dangerous game of a new cold war and a global battle of ideologies.
Cold war policy has seemed to be in the best interest of the powers that be....meaning its as if such policy holds the poplace prisoner to their own fears. Depends on if your priority is the collective psyche of folks or the long term safety of them. Its a tough call. Can the theocracy survive a young poplace ready for change? Time will tell.
The only realistic scenario in any cold war with Iran ends in their defeat. As you suggest within the next ten to fifteen years that regime will be toppled by its own people. We might as well enter into a dangerous global showdown with the ideology if we know the beacon of said ideology will crumble. Its more of a psychological effect im after than a military one.
As long as all the players act in a cold war fashion. The usa and ussr played by some semblance of order, whereas israel and iran have had a tendency not to. Irans consistent support of hezbollah and hamas seems to sunstantiate. In israels mind. An effort by iran to exert its influence in the region, trying to get a pan islamic sentiment in the region. The arabic nations seem to be stressing more of an arabic nationalist movement that pits them in the far corner from iran....
DRop a nuke on their ass, it is that simple, all this politics are making people dizzy, they always drag it out, send the bombers in bomb the Nuclear facility oh oops no more Iran, GOOD!
Someone once said it's not the guy who has a thousand nukes yet hesitates to use them that you got to worry about. It's the guy who has 1 and will not hesitate to use it.
What's your take on that?
Are you aware of the Nostradamus prophecies and various interpretations?
I am aware folks have taken a quack out of context to predict anything. Self fulfilling prophesies are not prophesies at all. I don't take prophetic delusions very seriously. Especially one that use metaphorical illusions that can be revised to mean just about anything. As for the first part...any apocalyptic asshole with a nuke regardless of the size of the arsenal should be of grave concern to everyone
Excellent video. Thanks for the insight into the participants. Good analysis.
