I have never understood why these people get so excited over this kind of thing. These things are killers that take people's lives and property and people sit there and whoop and holler like they are at some party. Weird behavior if you ask me.

@5papa It's because they're overcoming a fear, and it gives them an adrenaline boost. I personally would love to see a tornado in person... obviously not close up, but nonetheless I'd like to see one. I WILL agree however, that the way he reacted to houses being ripped from their foundations isn't professional, but again, the adrenaline boost kind of overcomes common sense at this point.

God shut up! Another Reed Timmer, as many have said how in the hell can you get excited when somebody's house gets hit? Still to this day cannot figure out why you have to get so close to a tornado, Mr Andy Gabrielson almost met his maker yesterday damn lucky he is okay, glad he is okay too. But for anybody that wants to film mother nature shut your mouth and let mother nature be the star and not you and cover up your microphone.

Oh, and we also had hail and wind damage today. Tornado, earthquake, wind damage, hail, and severe storms all across the state today. Earthquakes over the weekend that oklahomans felt, which is extremely rare. This year has been a bad one for this state. We had a blizzard in Feb, record low/hot (100+) temps, record quakes, record tornadoes, record snowfall (during blizzard).... ummm, what's going on?

@coconutfever123 I DO hear the thunder, and it's POURING outside. Good news since we are also in a severe drought. I'm a little freaked out though from everything else. I wish more people would see the irony in everything that is going on and start asking questions. Our average quakes up to 2008 or 09 was about 50 a year. Since then, we have spiked to over 1000 a year. That's not exactly common knowledge here in OK. Nobody seems to be questioning things but a select few. Glad to hear from you!!!

@amandaroshell good to hear from you too! its good to know someone in this state is really thinkig about the things that are happening here and not jut taking everything at face value. strange occurence last night: i saw a very bright orb in the sky near the moon but wasnt able to get video of it bc i dnt have a camera. but check this video out: /watch?v=WQDYW825ptY . he got something similar and hes the one who told me to look up into the sky last night to see it. keep youre camera handy!
