he got 8y-6m for this accident where was killed 4 ppl, 2 moms (45, 49 y) and 2 kids (11, 15 y), 7 injured (3 /4 with life-threatening injuries).

23.11.09. the judge reduced the sentence from 8y-6m to 7y-10m, including all the time he was already in prison (even the trial). basically if you want to kill someone just send him in croatia, take a car and... go. you can be sure the sentence will be under 8-9y and with good behavior prob you will be out in less then 5y - and no this is not a joke.

We don't even have that here... in this liberal shit justice system maximum you can get is 40 years and for that you have to kill 3 cops or some similar crime.
