yeah 3rd flo at Job corps was freaking crazy shit, the rooms by stairs, is freaking creepy when no one is around, the doors started to shake for a while, and hearing and seeing the Elevator come upto the 3rd flo and no one comes out and that was at 3am on a weekend (when no one is usually around or awake) besides the security guards on the main flo, I found the 3rd floor creepy.

As to the abandoned buildings on the island, you're probably more likely to see and hear squatters than ghosts.

Just wanted to verify that the scary empty bus is the 108 and it runs 24 hours. Also, the abandoned buildings on Treasure Island are great places for homeless squatters so anything you may have heard was probably a squatter.
It's unfortunate too, because I'd love to find some actual hauntings on the island. You would think with all of the history and creepy abandoned buildings that there would be.
I also couldn't find anything about building 217 online at all.

I was a trainee there from 2006-2008.
I lived on the 5th floor - And yeah... There would be footsteps going up and down the halls, open the door, annndd nothing there.
It wasn't people in the rooms down the halls, either. Strange stuff.
There are some strange things on the island, but sometimes it was just people walking around at night. Still be careful.
