Getting it off his back is Defence & (hitpoints?). Killing the thing is Slayer. He looted the remains (Thieving), 1:17 shows he's making a amulet (crafting). Then he shoots the soul to heaven :p (prayer).

@hydt1rs This is actually a reference to RS history. In the past, many people have asked Jagex to put horses in RuneScape. JaGex refused and made a couple of in-game jokes about this. Horses will probably never appear in Runescape.
