I've done some work on this film, and it's certainly not propaganda or "hate-mongering." It discusses a serious issue, offers a disclaimer noting that the film is only focusing on radical Muslims - not the entire religion - and offers real footage from these extremists, exposing their hatred for the West. The threat of terrorism is one that we cannot ignore.

Unfortunately, this film does not depict the radicals at all. Contrary to the disclaimer, this film for the most part, alienates the majority of Muslims. The documentary seems to incite hatred against normal peace-loving Muslims.

Instead of peace-loving Christians and Jews working with peace-loving Muslims, we have one pitting the other against each other. Three of the largest religious following at work. What a pitiful sight this will be.

UPDATE: Thanks to investigative reporting of Will Evans and reader Robin McLaren, weve uncovered the identity of one of the formerly secret producers of Obsession (youll recall that the Clarion Fund listed two producers names for the film and both were fake). His name is Erik Werth, and hes a former Clinton Administration advisor for homeland security issues (though there was no such concept in the Clinton Administration) and news producer for NBCs Dateline.

It is peculiar how this movie came in my mail pretty close to the elections. Look, there's no doubt Islamofascism is loathsome and that we should defend ourselves against the terrorism it employs. I received it in the mail. Tried watching it just to see what the propaganda machine was up to, and it was so thickly biased and provocative in trying to incite fear that I had to shut the thing off out of pure disgust.

At the end, the documentary says that the key to victory is to give a voice to the moderates. How is that violent? I have already watched Zeitgeist Addendum. He talks about the Federal Reserve. His arguments may sound convincing, but with actual, wholehearted research, you see that his entire argument is flawed.

You seem to be confusing democracy with capitalism. There are cracks in both systems, but this will pass. No reason to see why this won't be like the Depression.
