Li-Grim. As I recall, Li-Grim has the power to bring dreams to NEAR reality only. And so, that world is just a mirror illusion world of whomever reads the Grimoires words. Things there are opposite St. Ivalice: Marche is popular, his brother can walk, Ritz isn't albino-haired there, Mewt is a prince while his dad is a respected Judge(as opposed to his clumsy self in the real world), and his mom, who's supposedly dead, is alive. Can't get any more illusionary than that...
