If you are young and constantly in motion(work a physical job and work out a lot) you can out work a bad diet. I looked like I lived in a concentration camp throughout my teen years and I couldn't buy a few pounds. Working on a farm kept me skinny no matter what I ate.
Just a tip, you might want to refer to the "dieting" as a meal plan because your "diet" consists of what you eat everyday. Not bashing, just saying people tend to stay away from "diets" when really they just need a plan that has healthy/beneficial meals i.e. meal plan.

In this video, you made it sound as if you should burn the fat and then work your abs, which is a bit of a waste. I wouldn't want the viewer to get the wrong impression. Second, I think you should vary some of the intro/outro music you use. I've heard the songs in many youtube videos (The Outro in pcwizkid's videos, and the usual theme you have in many videos)
Good video. One more tip for dieting is make it yourself and freeze it. You'll notice all the crap and butter that goes into things like cookies or a good burger, when you should be putting in things like chopped parsley. Some simple recipes are all over jamie oliver's website though you wont get as lean as you really want eating like that, it's just a step in the right direction.

does basketball really lower body fat %? because i've been playing a lot of basketball in my life. i played a lot when i was like 12-14 and i was chubby then and ive been playing that sport for like 6 years now and when i was younger and i played a lot i still had a cubby stomach. it didnt go away until i actually started doing long distance running and more bodyweight training.

Play some basketball!! bball is great! soccer, hockey! these all help you lose weight, and keep your heart healthy. not everything is going running on a treadmill. even a run outside through a scenic forest is a great alternative to a boring, montone run on a treadmill INDOORS!
as for dieting, do your best to cut out the useless foods. stuffl like chips, pop, candy. cutting that out alone can very easily help you lose weight fast. but also, as a lifestyle change, help you keep it off.

In your diet, make sure even the brown food eg 75 grams of brown pasta must have atleast 9 grams of fibre!! Fibre helps in digestion, and wont let you put on weight as it is east to digest rather store as fat!! I keep you all updated

Ideally 6 small meals day is great for lowering your body fat. Anything high in fiber and low in calories is good plenty of protein as well.

You're absolutely right. I have a lot of weight to lose, but I still do some basic ab workouts (5 sets 25 crunches). I actually enjoy the elliptical and yesterday I was able to do 30 minutes (my record).

You're absolutely right. I have a lot of weight to lose, but I still do some basic ab workouts (5 sets 25 crunches). I actually enjoy the elliptical and yesterday I was able to do 30 minutes (my record).
