ok first of all, you are trying way to much! you need to loosen up and just go with the beat, and mix it up, dont just stand in one spot the whole time. freestyle is actually the most complicated types of dancing, you have to be creative the whole time and think of nothing bu the beat of the music, when you do, your body will do the work.. but other than that it wasnt too bad, trust me Ive seen worse! KEEP IT UP!!

Put more more energy in your dance It will help you hit harder. Work on isolation to make each individual motion as sick as it can be. Try popping with your hood down it will help seperate your head from your body making the isolation a lot cleaner. Keep on dancing! ^__^
