  • why did they stop this show ?

  • @MrVac14 the ratings werent good

  • I love the analogue CaTV "shadowing" in this video. You can see it clearly around the truck driver's ear in the interview parts. ;)

  • happy 20e birthday this year

  • 5:45 = EPIC!

  • @JlsGooleGirls LOL@ 02:52!!!!

  • put this back on this show made me want to be a firefighter.

  • What the fuck happened to the ABS on the green pickup?

  • @V904T That's easy to answer - it didn't have ABS. haha. :) It's a 1989-1992 Ford Ranger. Although ABS brakes in some fashion were available on cars in the 70s, it was never mandated in North America, even today as we approach 2012. Almost all cars now have ABS brakes, but in the 90s, it was an option on most cars, with a few exceptions, such as the Chevy Cavalier. The problem is, the ABS system GM had for its line of cars is absolute garbage, causing the car to buck back and forth.

  • HAHAHA LOLOLOLOL paramedic hahaha ! too funny man !

  • 5:46 - Classic!!! :-D

  • @pumper8032 i agree ! its hilarious!

  • People need to respect winter road conditions more. I see this ALL the time; watching people pass me then a mile later they're in a ditch.

  • @collz1997 I laughed my ass off when he fell.. poor guy! Glad everyone was ok

  • @ekm14344 clean clothes in the ambulance??? lol glad everyone was ok

  • it was funny with the paramedic fell over, thank god they are all good and no one died

  • Srry my english is not so good what does Heroic means ?

  • @Frozenflame3000 heroic means to do something a hero would do. like to put yourself in danger to save someone else.

  • @weeedster Okey thanks :D

  • Kateplus8fan1 no the baby was fine

  • nvm

  • babys dead right

  • @dacidlee lol ikr

  • lol 5:46

  • @davidlee110 thats bloopers :)))))

  • that pickup which Toni was driving was a 1983-1988 Ford Ranger

  • @michaelisbell46

Correct. Looked like an early 80's model. Great trucks, I had a 1984 and loved it, did great in the winter, she just didn't drive the truck very often according to the video so she probably didn't realize how it handled in bad weather with horrible tires. I never had a problem with mine in snow/ice but It was my first vehicle so I knew how it handled pretty well.

  • @wildbill23c my maternal grandfather had a 1995 model and it was the XL regular cab short bed with 2-wheel drive and it did not handle that well as one with 4-wheel drive in winter unless he had snow chains or all-weather tires for snow or ice

  • @wildbill23c and basically you can tell that it is a 1983-1988 model by the grille and the tailgate

  • I miss this SHow

  • 1:33 i am thinking boul crap...it evenly slices the guard rails post but these rescue 911s are reall...its most likey a reinactment...so those guard rails might be phony.

  • 5:45 makes me fucking die laughing!!!

  • @MrDouchebagtv ur hART LESS I dont find this episode funny at all

  • @firemanupton u can't even spell 'heart' so SHUT THE HELL UP!!! UR COMMENTS MEAN SHIT!

  • @MrDouchebagtv I hope I am not hArt LESS,but that made me laugh so hard as well :D

  • What is the preview at the end of the clip titled?

  • @SurvivorPoison I have that segment at the end here at YouTube! It's called "Garage Door Fire Pin"! A 4-yr.old girl is trapped in the garage of their burning home!

  • this woman was UNBELIEVABLY lucky. my friend was in a pickup, slid on ice, flipped, broke her neck, killed her instantyl leaving behind a beautiful child with not mom or dad now, this was about 2 years ago at christmas time, we miss her very much. i don't care how good you think your car is on snow and ice, get it out of your head, and just stay off the road

  • @xXxXBleedPurpleXxXx

I concur, BleedPurple...I had near misses driving in Pennsylvania's icy streets in the winter-time myself...they are seriously no joke!

  • @CesMan83 Penndot is a huge part of the issue, while they send trucks out fairly quickly they focus so much on the highways and main roads they forget how many people live on the backroads, I live 5 min over the boarder from Maryland, it's like a whole different world there they take SUCH good care of their roads compared to up here it's redic.

  • @xXxXBleedPurpleXxXx

You're right. I live in Allentown and sometimes the roads are still so icy (despite being salted and maintained by Penndot's trucks) even the main streets and highways are deadly. And yes, the back roads are especially a nightmare during increment weather

  • Wow, im glad good people were there at the right time

  • was she speeding or did she lose control of the pickup

  • @michaelisbell Toni probably just lost control of her truck because of the ice on the road.

  • @NDW85 as seen in a similar segment titled Car Over Cliff in which Darcy lost control of her SUV and crashed into a ravine

  • 20 years have passed since this happened

  • @ZMommaL56 and I was 2 years and 10 months old when this happened

  • You know, I wonder if this was some kind of a theme episode because all four segments had a female who were involved in some type of accident or is it just a coincidence?

  • Thank you for the Christmas present!

  • This segment reminds me of a car accident my mother and I had when I was 13. A few weeks after the January 1999 ice storm in Southern Illinois, we were heading towards Mt. vernon to run errands. Then, as we went on this curve highway 142, we must have hit some black ice or something, the truck spun and we lost control and landed in a ditch. Luckily, my mom and I weren't hurt but let me tell you, sometimes that day still gives me nightmares.

  • My friend has never given up hope either, but she's never been able to walk no matter HOW much hope and positive thinking she applied to the matter.

She was hit by a drunk driver and thrown thirty feet.

And HE never spent any time in jail for it.

  • The rescuer admitted pulling her out of the car on her back.

  • Beatlemoe, you're the greatest. Hey, here's some I wan to see- Drainage Trap from episode 618, Bridal Veil Falls from 608, NY Animal Hospital Doc II- episode 615, Best Buddy Rescue- episode 306H, Lady’s Not a Tramp- episode 415, 911 My Baby Drowned- episode 323, Stop, Drop, and Roll 2- episode 315, and 911 Break-In and Remarriage Rescue- episode 226. I'm sorry to be a pest. Forgive me.

  • That's what I called a heroic story. Glad that woman and her child survived that crash.

  • I wonder what they named the baby

  • @kathrynsue1986 Her name was Lindsey and she'll be 20 years old.

  • This happened on Jan, 5, 1991, that would be 20 years ago this Jan 2011

  • @davinp What`s your point?

  • People should know better than to drive that fast in bad weather.

  • Merry Christmas! Keep up the good work!

  • Keep them coming BeatleMoe!
