hey, I repeated this but for a clockwise rotation, any idea why the function has to change to a+bcos(speed x time) rather than a-bcos(speed x time)

i cant make functions out of word problems. my math text is constantly asking me to make stupid functions. what the hell, how are peolpe suppose to do that. i think im missing a chromosome.

this is the hardest trig problem by a long shot since it encompasses AV and trig.

isnt h=8? cause thats the centre and the radius is 8 cm.
h is the height above the ground
the radius of the ferris wheel is 8m, and the wheel itself is 1m off of the ground.
