Lui, im worried about over training even with your routine. How intense should a workout be? How intense is too intense that it will have a negative effect?
I think u never talked about macros and ratio between f/c/p , to me I think that's wat matters the most ,like how many grams of carbs u take while cutting and so on , highly recommended topic :) thumps up plz
@luimarco and when you are carbing down to deplete your system so then later you can carb back up and get the rebound affect what is your normal carb intake each meal?

Why do you not have any carbs post workout? I've heard that getting carbs in after your workout is more important than getting protein, or at least AS important.

Hey Lui! Could you do a video on how often to have a cheat meal? How often do you have a cheat meal and also when to have cheat meals- while cutting or while bulking. You also say that if we cheat we should stay away from pizza but then we see you eating it in a few videos (with fat cheese). Could you also explain how often to drink diet sodas and how not to lose control and drink too much because 0 cals is very tempting... I lost control!!!
@MrJabuka66 how often is entirely up to you.. there's no reason anyone 'needs' a cheat meal from a nutrition standpoint, people do it for psychological reasons, by eating something they crave and enjoy they're less likely to fall off their diet and lose motivation.. but if you're supremely dedicated you don't actually ever need to have one, sticking to a diet 100% with no cheat meals will get results faster than someone who has a few cheat meals a week.

When you say your carbing up do you set an amount of carbs you want to hit a day, or do you just eat like 50-60 carbs each meal?

@CJMFitness i personally know that my balance is around 45 grams of slow carbs per main meal give or take! . and no carbs at all after 6pm
