I grew up with her GENTLE AS MORNING 8-Track, and it has a deep affect on me...when listening it, it takes me back to the early 1980's of my youth...the harmonies she and her group did were amazing!!
I guess we all have our own favourite of this delightful, hauntingly beautiful creation - mine is sung by the Sandpipers, and well worth a listen if you can find it.
I have listened to every version of this song that I could find, but I keep coming back to this one. This video makes it even more intriguing. Anita Kerr is truly a genius!
Excellent, love the video--and of course, Anita Kerr and her merry crew of singers. Where did the footage come from, it looks pretty interesting in and of itself?
This is my favorite song of all time, haunting me ever in my days, like a circle in a spiral, like a wheel within a wheel, like a bowl of spaghettios after i've been up all night, or too many beers watching men in puffy shirts... oh, i could go on forever!
you should have theis listed..

Do you also have Anita Kerr's version of the Janis Ian classic "At Seventeen"? I like that version very much but i can't find it now.
