You know what? I shot of the hip on that one. I went doing some research and everything I could find so far about pot and raised estrogen levels was just talk without scientific references . I am 40 years old and am in excellent shape. I have just recently started working towards having a 6 pack. I have cut my calories.. not much bread.. if I do it's wheat.. same for pasta..only veggies and lean meats.. 150-160 protein per day. 30 mins of stairmaster 4 times per week and workout 5-6 times per week. I am not seeing my abs yet and I'm discouraged. I also have a litte pec flab which makes my pecs look wrong to me. Help

When you weight train don't train for hypertrophy. Either train heavy and low volume or do more in the muscular endurance range. Actually, I almost always train for hypertrophy any way with my female clients because they never get muscles from weight training like they thought they would.

Another good exercise for chest fat 'man boobs' if your not a good runner is to do butterfly pushups. just search it and see what it is if you dont know what it is. you can lose most of your man boobs in just 2 weeks if you do sets of 25 twice a day. and if you continue than you can easily get 'pecks' :D :D :D

Actually, he didnt suggest target exercise. He told the exact truth - that target exercise WONT speed up fat loss in a specific area. Fat loss occurs across the entire body, but target exercise can increase the muscle mass in the specific area and potentially change the shape of the area, making it LOOK like more fat loss. He's spot on.

Mark, I would try some boxing work if its available. It is cardio, and very high repetition for the upper body (and is mostly pressing).

1) Your workout and diet are not correct or are not being applied with consistency and intensity.
