i have used idoser before and i have to say some work for me and some dont. I am not saying i have felt the full effects for all of them but me and my friends have done it and it has worked (or sorta worked) for us. just my opinion.

Alot of the iDosers just help you sleep i see alot of people who try to talk down about it but all they have to go off of is the ones on youtube and news storys about kids getting high off the internet, go on the iTunes app store and get the idosers i believe all of them help you sleep. The youtube ones don't work because of poor sound quality. Get some decent headphones, and download the real program and listen in a comfortable position. The only reason they sound annoying is because you are listening to the white noise, if you do the correct setup, you can actually hear the pulsating binaural beats below.
Don't be a dick, I doser is amazing. The key to making it work is through deep relaxation, which opens your brain more to being influenced by binaural rhythms. This is proven science, and it does work, but really only in a dark room, reclined, and deeply relaxed. Otherwise, your neocortex tunes out the tones, instead focusing on the more important visual information. It's advisable that people interested in idoser start with learning deep relaxation before expecting real reesults.

I tried the IDoser once., the Content (moderate sedative) one. I was expecting to feel happy and cheerful, but rather, at the end of it, I felt like a part of my brain was blocked. I seriously couldn't think about negative things, or anything even close to it. Very interesting. But binaural brainwaves have been proven to work, scientifically, so there must be some effect to I-Dosing alright. Though I'll say, the Alcohol one didn't work for me. I tried gates of hades and its not really strong like everyone made it out to be. it kinda worked a little bit the first run through but i didnt feel the need to rp the headphones off at any point. i also tried gods pain and that was actually more effective but still not strong

Idosing is a stupider, more lamer version of the pingpongtechnique, the pingpongtechnique is quite literal, just cut a pingpong ball in half, put them over your eyes, and then set the radio to no channel, so you'll hear that "noise", just like that noise that you hear when your tv goes all snowy. Your brain is always after sensation, so since you don't hear anything besides the noise or see, your brain creates sensation. This is the only 100% safe way if you're after sensation. Docs approve it.
Some people will feel effects from these tracks.. Others will not. Its important to use head phones or ear buds. There is a scientific basis for all this.. the brain will "sync" with repeating sounds, this is known. If you can induce what is known as an "Alpha" brain state via any kind of sound or music then basically you have put yourself in a trance much like a meditative state. You must be open to the experience. Going into it with a "this is bs" attitude can cancel it out .
You can do the same thing with a kazoo, you have to blow out and suck in air to the kazoo for a few minutes fast and slow and it will make you really light headed.

If I-doser didn't work for you, your probably doing it wrong. Listening to it on youtube doesn't work, neither does pirating them, as most of them are fake. If you only listened to one and you said it didn't work, derp. Some don't work on everyone. A lot of people try to play on the computer or play games while listening, you need to be lying down with your eyes closed to work. As for the sounds, its called binural beats. Two different sounds in each each alters your brainwaves.

i did gates of hades yesterday and it took about 12 mins for it to start but i lasted about 5 seconds of it working becauseit freaked me out pretty bad lol

@DoYaLoveMeh Right after I felt a little dizzy but once it started hitting that higher tone thats when I really freaked out every muscle in my face contracted and the rest of my body felt like it was slowly being paralized so thats whats really freaked me out i was totally skeptical beforehand but i am now a believer and ive tried several others and they are pretty awesome like a bomb was nice so was ecstasy

i tried it just a couple min. ago...first time doing a full track the correct way... didnt really work for me, but the track was a weak one anyways (just to start me off) didnt do much, but the first time i did it (not the full track) my eye was twitching like a mofo on crack... then wen i did the full track my heart beat satarted going pretty fast..but nuthin serious. at least..not yet.

Alot of the iDosers just help you sleep i see alot of people who try to talk down about it but all they have to go off of is the ones on youtube and news storys about kids getting high off the internet, go on the iTunes app store and get the idosers i believe all of them help you sleep. The owner of the company is on facebook, i believe his name is Nick Ashton.

The youtube ones don't work because of poor sound quality. Get some decent headphones, and download the real program and listen in a comfortable position. The only reason they sound annoying is because you are listening to the white noise, if you do the correct setup, you can actually hear the pulsating binaural beats below.

Don't be a dick, I doser is amazing. The key to making it work is through deep relaxation, which opens your brain more to being influenced by binaural rhythms. This is proven science, and it does work, but really only in a dark room, reclined, and deeply relaxed. Otherwise, your neocortex tunes out the tones, instead focusing on the more important visual information. It's advisable that people interested in idoser start with learning deep relaxation before expecting real reesults.

I tried the IDoser once., the Content (moderate sedative) one. I was expecting to feel happy and cheerful, but rather, at the end of it, I felt like a part of my brain was blocked. I seriously couldn't think about negative things, or anything even close to it. Very interesting. But binaural brainwaves have been proven to work, scientifically, so there must be some effect to I-Dosing alright. Though I'll say, the Alcohol one didn't work for me. Varies from person to person I guess O:

I tried gates of hades and its not really strong like everyone made it out to be. it kinda worked a little bit the first run through but i didnt feel the need to rp the headphones off at any point. i also tried gods pain and that was actually more effective but still not strong

@gregstaind prifraloid? the Pineal glanD makes dmt, there's no such thing as a "crulleum glan", and the way idoser works has almost NOTHING to do with any physical structures in the brain... it has to do with differential harmonics, the idea that your brain, presented with a different frequency of sound in each ear, tries to "fill in" the natural harmonic bridge between the two. this causes your brainwaves to slowly alter(is why it takes 30 min.), giving you the perceptual experience of a "high"

Idosing is a stupider, more lamer version of the pingpongtechnique, the pingpongtechnique is quite literal, just cut a pingpong ball in half, put them over your eyes, and then set the radio to no channel, so you'll hear that "noise", just like that noise that you hear when your tv goes all snowy. Your brain is always after sensation, so since you don't hear anything besides the noise or see, your brain creates sensation. This is the only 100% safe way if you're after sensation. Docs approve it.

Some people will feel effects from these tracks.. Others will not. Its important to use head phones or ear buds. There is a scientific basis for all this.. the brain will "sync" with repeating sounds, this is known. If you can induce what is known as an "Alpha" brain state via any kind of sound or music then basically you have put yourself in a trance much like a meditative state. You must be open to the experience. Going into it with a "this is bs" attitude can cancel it out .
