  • i actually put on my trainers doing this workout - its like a weight at the end of your foot so it feels that lil bit more intense OH YEAH!

  • I love all of these videos, except this one skips. The second excersize, when we move to the other side it skips the first part. so instead of 8 reps of singles then 4 reps of triples and the repeat, it is just the ending part of the first triples and then continues from there.

  • These are so good! I'm going to do them everyday.

  • This is pretty good. I like 8 minute buns, too. This works the sides of the hips better, which is better for women, but I think 8 minute buns works the glutes better. I think alternating each one every other day would make an all around awesome workout.

  • @XxXcherry007 you won't lose your butt if you do this. these exercises are to make your booty tighter, higher, and more shapely. it will tone your butt, and you will lose cellulite, but it won't make your butt disappear.

  • i copy the girls in what they are doing! it keeps me constant with the workout!.. so more videos would be helpfull to reach my goal =)!

  • This was my first time doing it, I just do what the girls do. It was a pretty good work out. I guess if I were in better shape I might do a little extra.

  • Wow, thi burns a hell of a lot.

    ive been doing all the beach bum workouts for less than a week, and the results are already showing.

    Tip: If youre looking to lose weight, then drink LOADS of water too.

    the weight will virtually drop off.

  • i drink about 2 liters of water every day and do minimum 6 mins of aerbics, will i looses weight fast?

  • You may lose weight fast but losing weight fast is just losing the weight that will come back. If you want to lose weight in the long run then you might want to do it the natural way.

  • well , ive been doing it twice a day for a week and my bum is definately firmer . i strongly reccomend this , and while it does burn , its worth it ! the first time you do it , its a bit hard but after a while it gets easier ! and it really doesnt take long to do .
