My friend's daughter has a BC uterus and she has successfully birthed two boys (and one miscarriage) so I want to encourage the women out there with this to not lose hope. I have a slight septation was told I may not be able to get pregnant but little did they know I was already pregnant with my son! Had him vaginally, normal pregnancy. And now I am 8 weeks pregnant with #2 and got pregnant the first month we tried. Doctors are not God. God will create life when He wants.
I also have a bicprnuate uterus... I have had 9 miscarriages and pray I get to make it to term just once... It took them 6 years to diagnose me and tell me all the time normal pregnancy is possible...
I have two cervixes and several septums dividing my uterus. I can't give birth 'cause both cervixes dilate but not wide enough for either to allow a child to pass. During labor the incongruant contractions threaten to tear the septums. I carried to full term and was allowed a trial of labor for my first pregnancy. Began hemoragging when the cervixes were 3 and 4 dilated. Emergency C-section gave me an 8 pound girl. My boy, born 4 years later was full term and healthy with a planned c-section.

Did the patient still receive her menstrual cycle from the other half of her uterus?

Did the baby managed to survive an grown in that one part of the uterus? Was there enough room for the pregnancy to continue?
thank you
