Wow! Remember this coming out of a car radio in Italy whilst I was working there in 2002. Never knew who sang it until about 6 years later when I googled the lyrics... A song that stuck. Belatedly bought the album a decade on. Brings back a lot of nice memories. Never realized it was one guy. Such a shame he only did one album... He's nowhere to be found on the net. I love that little lick from 'the minds eye' at the beginning of the vid... I remember hearing this song on the radio a few years ago. I came across the vid by chance. I never knew who it was until recently, so it's all new to me. Now I have something new to listen to!

From what I have read on the Manitoba courts website, he and his wife were divorced now. It appears that the entire process took over 3 years, from March 2006 to August 2009. I agree he is a brilliant singer and performer, but I think the divorce is what halted his second record. He apparently recorded it multiple times only to scrap it. His ex wife, Maiko Watson, has a myspace page but has not posted anything about Remy or his whereabouts. I have a feeling he'll be back though.
