It didn't matter how cotton was going to be picked after slaves were freed. Slavery is immoral because it is force used against another human being, therefor it should be ended. It doesn't matter how the market will satisfy demand. Statism is immoral because it is force used against another human being. You don't have the right to put me in a box because I didn't share my toys with you. That's what you are claiming when you claim the right of the government to tax.
Anarchism lasts for two weeks before someone steps in and takes some kind of control. Anarchism is only temporary, for as long as a social construct exists, some form of government or control will exist, be it a fascist state that wiretaps your phone and searches through your internet logs or a sheriff that only comes if you commit armed robbery or murder.
Ok. Someone makes a business of building roads. You hire them. Want to know the logistics? Ask that person who's in the business of building roads.
Second, there is a movement away from "anarchy" and toward "anti-statism"; anarchy is not well defined enough, as well as leading to misconceptions, as well as being associated with CHAOOOOOOSSSS. Anti-statism has a strict definition: against the state, or a monopoly on force.
Anarchy cannot and will not work. Simple. It's just not suited for the current of times. For it to work, we'd all need to be clothed, fed, and treated equally before it's even possible in the slightest for it to work.
My answer to the first question: fuck roads, dirt trails work fine.

The only Anarchy that could ever work would be Left wing anarchy.

Additionally, the answers that the "anarchists" gave sounded more like communism to me than anything else. Future anarcho-communists, perhaps?

@SomethingSea1 Of course, I'm using the term "communism" with the assumption that it has the state at its core.

Toll roads would be the closest/best option if you don't have a government.

@Domzdream Right, anarcho-capitalists are not realists, simple as that.
