  • some (very late comments to some questions here: this is a streamer stage I out of 1992 actually i don't have it anymore but very soon i will have a 5 string stage I from 1988... about the neck and feel of this bass: its great, actually quite thin, the 5 string stage one i don't have any experience (yet) so i cannot answer this question, about the amplification: its plugged in directly (via a behinger tube preamp) into an ampeg plugin, i adjusted the sound to this.

  • You are playing it higher than the original track right? :D

  • Great bass

  • awesome sound u can really hear the warwick growling

  • hey negyuh, what kind of amp do you use? i like the sound!

  • wow that sounds great!!

  • cool bass cover but quite shitty backround music^^

    use the oririnal track man

  • very nice, congrats

  • I love the sound of your Warwick.

  • Nice job

  • why dont you play the song in the background i love your covers but it really annoys me

  • Love this bassline. In fact I love this song, sing it with me dooo doo do doo doo doo dadda dood oodada dood oo.

  • I fucking love warwicks and you nailed one of my favourite songs on such a beatiful bass nice 1!

  • What a great sound! You got some serious funk going, I like that =)

Could you tell me what strap that is, btw? ;)

Looks like a Fender or Levys..

  • its a levys...

  • Wow man! That´s some groovy playing you´ve got there, and I love the awesome, crispy sound if your Warwick!! Great job!

A question, how do you find the size of the neck on your Warwick? Is it thick or thin compared to other 4-string necks? And, if I were to get a 5-string version of a Stage 1, how would you guess the thickness would be compared to other 5-strings? Cause I have quite small hands, so I really wouldn´t do well with one of those Warwicks with really thick necks

  • well i'm not negyuh. but generally, warwicks have thick necks. but, in this case the streamer stage I (4string) has a thin neck like a jazz bass. the 5 string model is broadneck which means that there is more spacing between the strings and the neck for that model is slightly thicker.

  • Great ! Il love hat song.

  • mate, is this just the precision pickup/ Jazz pickup or a balance between the 2?

  • I played it with a balance between the two.

  • Serious growling man!

  • Nice! What amp you running it through? I detect the mids are boosted to bring out the Warwick growl?

  • I did this one directly plugged in so no amp. this is just the sound of the Streamer Stage I.

  • OMG LOVE IT MATE!!!!! AMazing playing!!!

is that a Streamer LX? ive been playing at that basS!!! it sounds awesome!

  • great cover man!!

    good job

  • Verry good

  • Great tone - nice groove going. Get a better backing track though Bas. You're better than the backing! Like the shirt though. :-)

  • Thanks man appreciate it, and the shirt thats the shirt i am mainly using on gigs with my dance calssics band, it has got some 70 attitude ;-)

  • Very nice!!!
