interesting vid :) seems like an expensive build, looks like the 2 diggers and the crane are onsite for a lot of time. and the roof seems strange, first beams layed then felted, then new beams extending, then OSB? and again felted? it seems like there was a mistake where the roof overhang was forgotton at first and cost a lot of money to fix?
time lapse - they video it from start to finish. then edited it and played the whole video fast forward. to shorten the play time. a year of construction...seen in 5 mins of video. get the picture?!
