Uhh... quick question: When did Auchan's first started? Because all I know about it is that now a uniform store has been standing in their place since 2001!
@ChrisGary92 Auchan first opened in 1988 in Houston (I was there for the grand opening) and they closed their doors in 2003 (I was there and shoped there 3 days before they permanently closed). They did not close in 2001, they closed in 2003.
@skywind007 Oh, right. I did remember that they closed down in 2003, and when they did close, they changed into a uniform superstore prior to 2003-04 School Year. Oh, and did i mention that legendary Houston Radio Voice Wash Allen was narrating this ad? This commercial really is VINTAGE!
