Marauders are great units. With 2 bombing runes (or 1 if u have two marauders) u can disable all enemy generators (against eldar it takes 1 run, eldar buildings are made of carton box or something o.O). And that is WAAAAY cheaper then earthshaking with basilisks. They are great for static battle when u are low on SP, like on To the Breach map.

If put or not a fps for warhammer would probaly look like that Lord of the ring conquest game but of course way better. what ive thought is either true or not but look at differences between LOTR and W40k.

LOTR- Has movies, but its main races are still stuck in medevial type of times with explosives and magic being all they have to offer.

W40k- Has had maybe like 1 movie that was terrible, but has had way more W40k supporters and its games are in more into the future from what LOTR is at.

@chasme1 agreed. Marauders (and almost all imperial aicraft in the tabletop game) have vector-thrust for takeoff and landing, but would probably just circle around.

the bomber is a great unit in the game it used correctly

@patataton there is only two huge problem though, when i used one of the bombers i made it use a bomb right? then when i was going to use the other bomber it was recharging!.also i went on wiki and they showed me that the damage they do is really low.And im serious they said that one of the guns was REALLY 5% the other guns also have low acruaccy so i highly recoomend 1 =/.Plus the bombs sorta have low damage too but the only reason it is effective is the AoE if there is a huge army

It uses its lascannons against other flying units. It rarely uses the tail gun. Same with lightnings.

this thing sucks ass, if u even used ig and used this thing, it uses up 4 cap and cant bomb continuously. U can only use 1 type of it's 3 bombs and when it is used all 3 recharge wtf is that. AND THE BOMBS ARENT EVEN POWERFUL. RELIC WE NEED A PATCH!

Probly what the DOW engine would support. Personally i think its not all that bad, because people who wanted to use the air units to full effect would strafe run rather than letting them sit there and hover shooting.

The air units in the game actaully aren't that bad depending which race your with. Imperial Guard, Tau and the Orks have the best ones.

Oh and about the Warhmmer 40k MMO I have really really bad news about that, unless THQ and Relic finish it off without Iron Lore its otherwise cancelled.

Iron Lore has closed down because of money problems and pirating bastards. And well yeah Iron Lore was making the WH40K MMO and I think (and hope not) its cancelled.

true,some of the others are justifiable, but the marauder simply isn't a fit hovering vehicle. B-Sides, most land units can't stand up to a marauder.
