  • I am not familiar with MMA and I am curious. Are throws and Aikido tricks allowed? I see the hand protectors are designed for allowing the hands to grasp. And are punches with the head allowed? Sorry for my incompetence. Greetings from Bulgaria! :)

  • what happen to punching and kicking, so fuckin gay when all they do is ground fighting.

  • that wasnt impressive at all. chech out some of the east coast of canada mma fighters in halifax lol. were born killers

  • why dont they fight in ring makes it fair and less hassle

  • ive been doing mma for about a month and a half and hats off to ya im 35 yrs old and this is alot of work congrats for having the guts to do this

  • dammm i kinda liked it more then some ufc fights kept me entertained....good shit

  • when your hands are outside during a clinch, you could have tried for a judo throw, turn his body, left or right, and hook the corresponding leg, and turn in the same direction as well, then you'll probably be in the dominant position good luck for next fight ^^

  • Did you just start fighting at age 30?

  • half the people at my gym for mma are over 30, most of the time they are women too and i have to spar with them! its hot ; )

  • good fight guys...i just started training for mma mostly muay thai and brazilian ju jitsu i cant wait til i have a fight...look fun as hell ha great job keep it up

  • Great job bro!

  • First of all my hats off two both warriors it takes ballz to do a real mma fight.

But I really really hate it when people fight outside of a ring or cage like this, sooooo many bad things can happen to the fighters and even the people watching, but good fights!

  • i could take both of yall but high energy fight tho

  • e thug

  • this was a good fight according to other fights i saw

  • tie.. good job to both

  • wow this is pretty brutal for an amateur fight

  • reppin' portland

  • nice man you will improve hey how much u weigh?

  • That was a kick ass fight, keep up the good work.

  • nice vid man, i really want to start training for mma soon, i practice boxing and jitz at home but ive never been to a gym...keep training hard!

  • Keep bangin big man !!

  • i read the video description, and you have a really good attitude about the sport man,

    nice fight. keep it up

  • nice arm bar attempt

  • how old do u have 2 b 2 fight in an MMA Amature fight?

  • Your age doesnt matter, but you usually want to find an opponent who almost have the same amount of skills as you to put a good show, so if you are 14, you'll have to find someone who is 14 since the difference between a 14 years old kid and a 17 years old is way bigger than 20-23...unless the 14 years old kids is godly skilled. So yea...if you are young you'll have a hard time finding someone else young who would be ready to fight.

  • dude, nice.

  • fight nice ;)

  • i love the cage

  • what gym do train?????

  • ahhhhhh the first kick made me hurt man dude tht was a gret fight i bettin ur already like 10x btr!!!!!

  • my friend well kill you in first 3 min

  • dude it was his first fight cut him some slack man, and also why would u comment on this video talking up your friend i bet he would kick your ass

  • Yeah its probly his wee homo friend hes talkin about, they act all tough over the net lol

  • ill kick ur friends ass and your ass at the same time in under 1 min

  • I'm pretty sure my friend would murder your friend. Post his fights and i'll post both of my friend's fights.

  • well that jus proves ur a pussy, talkin up urr freind? good one faggot. his first fight it was pretty damn good so shut ur mouth.

  • does it not say FIRST fight?

  • your friend is gay

  • Your friend? who gives a fuck about your friend? At least this guy is doing it. And a good fight for two first timers. well done guys, great conditioning for a couple 'amateur' guys

  • wow portland,OR i used to live right by there :L

  • first mma fight??? WOW!! you could have fooled me. kudos to the both of you. not a typical first fight at all. congrats again and keep it up

  • first kick was brutal i felt that damn nice vid

  • NICE MAN KEEP IT UP:D

  • where is the cage?howay man

  • Good stuff man. I never had an MMA fight but I really wanna do one once.

  • good fight!

  • pussy's

  • good man for your first fight. omg i dont know why do they keep saying to da wall come on is harder to fight like dat cuz in a ring or a cage u bump in to the wall right away when that happens so why are they all horny about

  • Im 1-0 in amateur and fight at 155. I won my first one by aligator choke, so much fun. Im looking to break into more fights. This was VERY entertaining to watch, both fighters know their stuff

  • whats a aligator choke?

  • Haha,6:56 funny as hell!

This fight is pretty good for a first amateur fight,u got my respect!

  • fuck me this shit is pay per view lol GREAT FIGHT

  • wow guys i gotta say this is really good for a ameatuer fight

  • pretty good fight

  • good fight man,, got my first fight in 2 weeks, exciting stuff!

  • Great job GUYS!!!

  • Damn good fight guys

  • deff. need a cage.

  • WHAT MMA IS ALL ABOUT...

  • excellent fight!

    both guys worked perfectly

  • That was better than alot of televised MMA I've seen. Good work!

  • if they played kickbox...they won´t be KO

  • Good video! You guys have shown here what this sport REALLY IS all about - Sportsmanship! That's something a lot of this sport has lacked in recent years, and is a fundamental principal of the sports' foundation. Again, good video!

  • if i were on bottom id have given him a nice triangle, and if i were on top id have tried to get in mount, then armbar

  • Both you guys are good fighters, but theres still some training that needs to be done.

  • watch "daniel pineda vs warren"

  • good warriors

  • You coulda stopped the fight at 3:09 yoo coulda sunk a pretty good kimura

  • looks lik mac danszig..

  • Nice fight. I'm impressed with your endurance.

  • Nice, at 3:00 u shud have put either of yur feet o n 1 of his quads and flatten him, but still great job for your first fight

  • here my story, ok im 5'6 and im 130 lbs ive had anger problems since i was a kid. Im a natural born brawler and its sumthing that i cant stop, im pretty well known at my school, people call me a beast and i take on any challengers that talk shit, ive been in prolly 15 fights and half of them were with kids that were over 200 lbs and talller then 6'0 im asking u how to get into mma because ive gotton in trouble with the law so many times i just need to fight leggally so how to i get into mma

  • your anger will work in street fights because most people wait to give it there all until its too late, your going to see a different part of fighting when in mma u will fight someone who will not fight with anger but skill, then you will have your challenge

  • youd get fucked up in mma i can tell just from the way you present yourself

  • okay first off all in mma u will get destroyed if u have no training u cant get by on just being a "brawler"

and to ghet into amateur mma u can simply go to a gym that teaches mma and take that class untill ur good enough to fight or the long way is learn each martial art at once and wait to be asked to join or go pro right away

  • My God you sound hard, what a tough customer..

  • how do u get into mma here my story, ok well i live in illinois and like i got in like 10 fights at school and i just love it, i got suspended so many times that my mom had to put me in a hospital for my anger, but they dont understand its not because im angry its because i love to fight, like im pretty well known at my school to be an amazing brawler for someone whos 5'6 and 130 pounds takin on dudes taht are 6'4 and that weigh 300 lbs. So after my whole experience with the law i realize i can

  • i live in illinois and my buddys fight mma there are gyms in elgin and aurora that will train you 100$ a week/1 class per week

  • jesus christ they get ripped off! My classes are way cheaper and probably just as good, if not better! Im from Australia though

  • good job man.

  • pretty cool. deff got a longgggggggg way to go in all aspects it seems.

  • showed a lot of heart for your first fight. you were a much better grappler and you were clearly stronger. relax more and, if you're going to stand up, get on your toes and stay loose. don't accept clinches as much. use more angles (don't go straight back). ahh, it's much easier said than done. i think you've got some really good potential. you're a good fighter.

  • nice fight for ur first. wut do u noe? im almost done with my muay thai n i was gonna do ju juitsu afterwards, to cover the standing n the ground, i love throwing knees n being in the clench, n at 4:06 that guy was too close for comfort, he should learn to throw knees

  • hmm yea i guess it was since a while 2yrs ago but its ok how many pounds u are?

  • awesome...that's all that i can say,no better way to describe...congratulation for both of them

  • Yep, good superior boxing display by the guy in black at the end. Nice fight guys.

  • what kind of gloves are they using?

  • looks like standard mma gloves at a glance but might actually be mma spar gloves double the padding around the knuckles for more safety... good fight though wasnt it... for their first and all.

  • Great job Rick. From the clinch to the punches to the ground!

    Rick "The grinder" [Last Name]

  • fair play lads great fight for first especially..well impressed..only question is which one are you?

  • Nice fight man, good arm bar attempt! Keep it up man.

  • I havent had a fight yet and im loking foreward to one bt that wa really good man need a ring though

  • was good fight but ring sucked. Guy in shirt won by far. Props for both for doing it and they would both kick my ass.

  • Nice fight. Very entertaining. The ring was a bit crap though...

  • very nice armbar attempt.

  • I like the man with blue shirt whos doing living wall, :-)

  • good job dude i cant imagine how tiring that would be keep up the good work

  • guy in black dominated, rocked the guy in shorts near the end n woulda finished if it wasnt broke up. fair play, crackin fight

  • great fight good job keep posting them

  • which one is you? why are you fighting in a wrestling mat? nice fight though

  • because Brazillian Jijutsu is eminent? It's mma, there better be a mat for takedowns unless this is pro.

  • yea they fight well i train in this skill as well and they both make stupid erros like his arm bar should have taped him if he pulled but it takes alot to get into this dam ring and fight takes alot outta a guy

  • Man... I need to join MMA! But I'm just too fucking poor! God damnit!

  • Yeah you have to pop those hips for that arm bar. But even without that... Late in the second round there if it wouldn't have been stopped to go back to the center I think you would have had a knock out. Or at least a TKO. If you were the guy in the shirt that is.

  • lol You can tell they are both from the same school. Great fight!

  • Congratulations, good first fight. I supose you´re the gut with a shirt, right?

  • impressive stamina bro - wish you'd knocked the guy out in first 30 secs tho - ;-)

  • you need to learn how to pop thos hips his arm was there for the breakin

  • Anyone who is saying this was a bad fight doesn't know their shit. Good fight.

  • um... this is an mma fight... wheres the cage, or ring... fuckin joke

  • mma means mixed martial arts, douchebag. you don't need a ring or cage for that.

  • being your FIRST fight, i thought it was excellent...just keep working hard and screw everyone who gives you any negative feedback. i bet half of these keyboard warriors have never even been in a fight or even trained for that matter

  • great fight keep up MMA! its the best sport!

  • wat gym was the fight at?

  • great first fight, ive had 2 pro kickboxing and the first fight is really just an experiment

  • Great job. That was a great amateur fight

  • real good fight. Anyone on here cutting you up has most likely never fought before or has been watching the ufc for 2 weeks and just doesn't know any better.

  • Just by reading the video description alone, I must say, you are a true fighter, and a very good sportsman. It was an entertaining fight, and excellent, in my opinion, for a first fight. I can only hope you have improved as time as gone on, and wish you the best.

    All the best.

  • that was really good.

  • And you were so close to an arm bar starting at around 1:28. Really impressive.

  • God damn. You hear the pop from that first kick??

    Jesus.

  • what is the sense of this pathetic fight and 6years-old-girld-acting crowd ???

  • It was put on here for you to make asinine comments....WELL DONE!

  • you guys need some practice on takedowns and head scissors/arm bar

  • both of u were panzys, go do more training, god damn hacks

  • both of these guys cud whip ur ass wid both hands behind their backs u wasteman

  • throws are some white boys

  • good fight. U should check out 52 blocks. Help imrove your standup.

  • this shouldnt even count

  • good gob

  • good fight both of you!

  • nice, i live in wilsonville, oregon. what gym was this at?

  • keep up the good work brotha =)

  • man if i wanted to see a Skating competion i would have payed for one. this is horrible style of fighting no technique involved whats so ever. its amazing how mma isnt what its suppose to be . you have people posting up pathetic stuff , wow ..!

  • .... k.. lemme sum this up for you. YOU.. ARE.. A FUCKING RETARD!! I dont see any videos of you doing any better. So I suggest you shut up because you know nothing and this guy has heart and skill so dont go around acting all badass

  • yeah if you trained for once in your life youd appreciate the skill and balls these guys have.nice fight man

  • What part of "My first fight" did you miss in his vid description? No one starts out as Bas Rutten.

  • nice fight keep it up

  • Nice fight dude.Keep up the good work!!!

  • Great fight to watch. Dabble in it myself. You had some good ground and pound, and you got a few nice shots in. The thing i think you need to work on is you're clinch work. A few times that guy left himself right open for a muay thai clinch. But yeah good fight, hope to see more from you.

  • LOL 4.58 look at the dude in the blue shirT LOLAGE

  • Nice fight,I dont know shit about MMA but I enjoyed watching, good first fight :)

  • very good effort for a first fight. need some work on the groundfighting - dude on top didn't try to pass gaurd once and secure better position usually down to inexperience an panic setting in (getting involved in fight too much). best of luck, looking good so far :O)

  • great

  • mma fighters are tough as nails, but if they took the time to master enough of each martial art they would be some serious as competition. i only do bjj so ill give it up to mma fighters. they're tough.

  • That was a great fight both of them did really good.

  • weak armbar he had the sweep all day long and the double attack on the other arm. thats what happens when you train at mma schools you miss the fundamentals of each art

  • Whatever asshole. You try to do the perfect technique when you are getting pounded in the face.

I hate people that come on and look at mma and grappling videos and criticize. When you are in competition against a skilled opponent every technique doesnt work whether you execute it properly or not. There is this thing called defense.

  • true dude

  • goddamn that was a hell of a beating you both took, way to hang in there and stay the way, nice job

  • i got a kestion for any ppl who do grapplin (bjj or judo) i notice mma fighter in ufc never have their hand up high like muay thai, is this because its easier to counter grapples and get holds in? ive only experience in striking atm

  • to get better defence against a wider amount of techniques, keeping arms relaxed increases speed and reaction time, perform arm bars and joint locks

easier, weight becomes distributes around body when hands aren't held high up.

  • sfe, ive actually started mma now, and ive noticed how in full sparrin (grapplin and strikin) its easier for me to get taken down, i lowered em down and it did make things easier, i just need to develop my speed so i can still avoid gettin hit

  • Great, I have not fought yet on the Ring. I hope some day to be so brave.

  • wtf u say know one knows shit, man ur stupid, have respect cuz i garantee the two in the video can fuck you up. and u dont know anyone here so dont say shit, cuz if so...then u dont know shit

  • the one who posted is the quy with nothing on topbody. good job both of you. i wish i could start training this also, have bein working on boxing and some wrestling for 6 years now, would be great with a good trainer.

  • Very nice fight, i don´t know which fighter you are but you have me deepest respect! Maybe you have to write in the description WHO you are.. i think nobody knows it ;-)

Keep up the good work! I wish ill be as good as you are (watch my trainingfights:"search for "vale tudo pitten" (my name is "jörg") greetings from austria! Joe

  • kimbo would eat up both of these guys.

  • kimbo would eat up both of these guys? its a dam mma fight you illiterate piece

  • kimbo is alot heavier, so yeah probably......but who the fuck cares.....hes pro now...these guys are ametures...like myself, and some day just might beat the hell out of kimbo!

  • good stuff.. seems like you did wrestling at some point? nice clean takedowns... need to work more on your takedowns though you should try grabbin legs a bit more...

  • great entertaining fight id say it basicaly was a draw

  • MMA?

  • Mixed martial arts. It's like a practical form of fighting.

  • non of u do mma u guys know shit

  • ha alright man lets see u try it see how u do.

  • Both Fighters did an awsome job. I'd give the slight edge to the Fighter in the black shirt because of his more precise, effective strikes. Both fighters did a damn good job!

  • ever thought about joinung team quest their up around the portland area

  • Nice video :) i dont know which one is you obviously but both men did a good job so great job. I too have had some training in MMA, its great to watch other fighters and pick up little things. Best of luck with your training.

  • after the first few good punches the black-haired guy seemed to be scared! he had almost no guard at all. in an octagon you would have finished him easily. and you almost had his arm at the beginning of the clip. very nice...

  • nah i would say the guy in the black shirt won, because he was doing better standing up, but still had pretty decent grown game too, if this was in the octagon he would won by knock out.

  • don't you mean "ground game"? It is hard to believe you are an expert in anything, if you can't even spell short words

  • terrible fighting area. bad video taping. great freakin fight kudos to both men
