  • makes me want to march.

  • I'm officially in the true Christmas spirit now thanks to this wonderful video and incredible piece of music!

  • When visiting the land of fantasy and boogymen, please leave the "rude" to Barnaby who is the villain. No one need to villainize others for the way they see a movie or to mis-portray themselves as asses in the eyes of the public as they read your opinions. I used to watch the 1934 version when I small. Now in my 60s, I can still lay back and watch all 77 minutes as if a child, but I'm not afraid of Barnaby or the boogymen any more, then I'll watch it again.

  • A lump of coal used to be a good thing to get for Christmas as it could give you heat to warm you. For all you movie aficionados, Victor Herbert's music goes back before Laurel and Hardy did "Babes in Toyland" in 1934. If you saw a Black and White movie this was likely it and were blessed to see an entertaining movie where others of that time frame have decomposed or burned as they were highly flammable. Watch either version and be thouroughly entertained with the land of fantasy.

I am amazed by your comment...

    1) You found this clip on the internet and yet you don't search the internet for the 1961 movie???

    2) Google "Babes in Toyland 1961 DVD" and click on shopping

    3) eBay also has the 1961 original

    4) Netflix even has it to rent

Honestly, you didn't make any effort at all. Either you're too lazy or too stupid to search for it yourself and wanted someone else to take the 30 seconds to find it. Enjoy your movie and think of me while you're watching it.

  • @CaneFu uncalled for.

  • @Bresixdouze

No it wasn't because everything I said is true. If you don't want the world to see you as a boob then quit acting like one.

  • @Bresixdouze

I also noticed that you have since removed your original comment that prompted my response to you - wise move as such stupidity would only continue to embarrass you if you had left your ignorant comment up for all to see.

  • @CaneFu Etiquette!

  • Ah, the March of the Toys. The surefire sign that the bad guys are about to get f'ed up big time.

  • I just watched "Babes In Toyland" via Netflix, in B & W..I have sen the movie many times.. How can anyone not like this music ♫..A wonderful composition..

  • ...Marching French Horns? I've tried it's hard XD Can't keep your hand in the damn bell if you don't have a strap

  • My all time favorite scene from the movie!

  • Send for the Guard! On the 2 dislikes.

  • These is probably one of my favorit in all you tube of all times. These piece is responsable for loving music through all my life.

  • Maybe Adolph Hitler wrote the script for this movie.

  • @etbella3 Well as I mentioned it has been discussed that "Walt" had a funny view concerning Jews and maybe he was involved in this script of this movie and the marching army dudes---

  • damn, that boy is fast. he runs onscreen, points with that sword, then, in the blink of an eye, he's gone.

  • This the khs concert music for concert season WOO

  • :) Childhood memories

  • wasn't there a remake of this in a different movie? I remember a girl in toyland but the toy soldiers were like the ones in Santa Clause 3

  • As a kid loved the WAR part of the film---my HERO has always been PATTON!

  • I also noticed two dislikes for this post. Santa says you will both receive coal in your fireplace stocking, rest assured.

  • @supermandisco Speaking of coal, there is a token black horse, but no African American toy soldiers. Wassup? WASP.

  • They are marching to slew old Barnaby, that's who.

  • The question is, where r the toys marching to???

  • personally I think I'd feel very silly leading an army of toys into battle.

  • @happylmc agree...kind of "gay" or "retarded"...notice they were 'goosestepping'---don't think that is a good idea but again Walt Disney was still alive when this was made and we all know what he thought of Jews then! I Like JEWS and want to be one over the "Holiday Season"---they get One GIft Per Day 4 7 days and when xmas comes all the Gentiles give them xmas presents felling sorry for the Jews! Also they get to buy less then WholeSale! I have Blackberry MOGEN DAVID WINE in the Refreg!

  • @rangeclerk They goosestep because they have no knees. Why make this political? They are toys.

  • @rds17rds why not the left & right wing wachos make everything else a "political issue" (don't u hate the way way they pronounce "issue"---sounds like a bunch of 'nancyboys'). I only wanted to see this movie when I was a kid when it came out only to see "the battle scenes" otherwise thought the movie was "for girls", and was bored until the "war of the toys".

  • @rangeclerk It's the quality, aka how much the presents cost, not the quantity.

  • @etbella3 Still WANT LOTS AND LOTS AND LOTS & LOTS of PRESENTS! DEC 25th was CREATED for ALL GOOD CAPITIALISTS! The more stuff is purchased the more people are working and have a paycheck, buying food for their families and buying stuff for their kids! THAT IS THE REASON FOR THE SEASON; LONG LIVE CAPITIALISM AND Lots of Presents for Jews and the others (Spock and Kirk were them too)! This yr wife finally gave me a Hanukkah Card now have to get her to gimmie more presents during that time + xmas!

  • i love babes and toyland so much i would watch it over and over when i was 5

  • Bravo!
