  • Hiya ! Yes......I was in Morroco in Feb 2011..... Loved it !! Enjoyed Your Video ! :)

  • This was posted on my birthday-3

  • hola este video esta muy bien gracias kissss

  • hello je suis de rabat appel moi plus vite possible ndiro ana wiyak chi cafe aza3ra dyal usa

  • LOL I am from Rabat

  • I really liked how you stopped playing music in the part where Quran was on. It shows respect.

  • In your other video when you was in Morocco i noticed you was being very loud, rude and yet clueless with the Moroccan taxi driver. Its the loudness, obscenity, rudeness, arrogance (expecting everything to be your way) and outwardness that Americans seem to posess abroad that makes them stand out as the worst tourists and makes the world HATE them.

  • You should go to Algeria.

  • @sami2503 nahh morocco is much better

  • I live in Rabat!!

  • this my e-mail h8hx@hotmail.fr

  • hey i'm mostapha i live in rabat i thank you for this =)

  • i fell in love with this <3

  • Glad you enjoyed ur trip,

I wonder if you able to visit Chellah!!! what a shame if you haven't,

I live in the Medina, and actually at a certain moment of this video, I saw its walls

    Cheers from Rabat :)

  • Glad you enjoyed ur trip,

    Cheers from Rabat :)

  • @atami210

    id love 2 visit Qatar <3 ,,

  • I was meant to be going to Marrakesh next summer with a charity hike but it got cancelled :(

  • Rabat is great ! I just hate the 2inch layer of dust laying everwhere in Rabat and Casablanca. One more thing. Whats up with the inconsiderate, macho assholes trying to take benefit of tourists all around Morocco ???! Its hard wired to find your self fooled, skewed, because of them.

  • Beautiful, I love everything about this video. Definitely going to see Morocco one day.

  • Out of ALL the Maroccan music you could have chosen dance, party etc... you choose an Islamic song. WAUW <3 (u probably didn't know but oh well)

  • nice background music ..keeps saying nabyina mohammed <33

  • The building that housed the tombs was beautiful...i love the way you put this together...the music the cat lol all very nice

  • Lol the music

  • So gorgeous! I'm planning to study abroad here.

  • The country looks like the US and the middle east had a baby.

  • Looks like a pretty sweet city. But do they have a Hooters?

  • Amazing! Thanks for sharing your experience. :)

  • Very interesting city, I would have liked to seen more of it.

  • what is the music at the very end? I love it!

  • omg i m in Rabat! im glad u liked my city! :)

  • I think you'd like Egypt. It's a country with a great culture and you can go camel-riding and scuba-diving there. :) I really enjoyed it when I went there.

  • I'm going to look into this program, it sounds great

  • It's pronounced "Rabbit".

  • @CalvinVanCleef

lol no it's pronouced Ribat, not rabit ^_^

  • @lem7acher I know, I was being stupid =) Seemed funnier at the time lol.

  • I love Rabbit too !

  • Gota love how only her freckles tanned.

  • Gotta love 9/8 time signatures :)

  • yeah im sorta not allowed there cause they dont really like my religion

  • @czarsean1

    so whats your religion?

  • Ive signed up for some interest with cross cultural solutions to do some volunteering and now that keep calling me ever week or so asking if i have any questions. I only asked for a broucher!

  • This sounds like so much awesomeness. Do you need volunteer experience to do this?

  • lol when isn't she travelling. Phill must be hauling in cash $

  • Of course you'd put in a part of a cat >_>

  • @ZawadaP cats are everywhere in Rabat. They're like birds in other places. EVERYWHERE

  • @LinzLoves haha i just found it funny that instead of taking a segment of a bunch of cats everywhere, you had a small part of a fat cat licking himself; it made me laugh =)

  • @LinzLoves I know right!! I have no pets but there are always cats in my garden!

  • @LinzLoves Is this your first video?

  • Comment removed

  • Holy fuckin dogface

  • I'm Moroccan (the nationality not Mariah's son) and from Rabat! I'm glad you liked it there and I'm so happy for the positive feedback =)

  • How do you afford to travel around the world? Please show me the way.

  • @alexisbelon She vollenters and some programs pays for the flight costs.

  • :D

  • ooh I found that very interesting :)

And the music was just a bonus! xD

  • You have to stay safe, who knows what Phil will do if you don't

  • That was a really historical plane

  • Rabat looks awesome! :D hehe from 4:10 to 4:40 it looks like you're on a greek island. cuz if the white and blue houses and the narrow streets :)

wish i could travel as much as you :3 great video Linz :D

  • that looks a lot like tunesien/ tunisia dont know how to spell that in english

  • it does look very beautiful

  • "rabat" means "discount" in Danish :D

  • Bombing!

    Aaaah, nothing new there :)

  • The desert isn't as safe as you'd think - it's not totally deserted. It might be more towards Egypt, but you can actually be robbed and killed in the middle of the desert (especially if you have nothing for them) and no one would ever know. There are people out there and they're not exactly friendly.

However, after being to the middle east, the border checks and police are worth dealing with to see everything. Don't let a border check scare you out of seeing somewhere. =]

  • Awesome! I want to try going there too! :D

  • that's really an awesome place !

  • This is some really amazing footage. I will be watching for your other uploads to come. It reminds me just a tiny bit of when I was in Ghana, but mostly it looks nothing at all like it. I have a couple videos of on my channel in case you're interested.

  • I read "I love Reddit!" and was all like *awesome face* until I realized it was Rabat and was all like ok....

  • yay my hometown. hope you had a great time linz.

  • yeah! we should make out.

  • Linz is like sooo gorgeous. But I'm so jealous, I want to go! :O

  • I'm so proud to be half Moroccan. :)

  • shes perty spoungebob

  • :) Seems like such an amazing experience. Wow

  • Can I asked why you always travel? It's so freaking awesome D:

You're a really lucky person. You get to travel to all the places I only dream of visiting one day :p

  • Your pretty

  • Hmm I really don't like Arabian architecture (and the song). However, the ceiling in the tomb was epic. And why where all the houses blue in the bottom?

  • @dennis6843 "Arabian", it's north african, there is no such thing as arabian. It's mauresque architecture, the basis of most great European gothic architecture.

  • Lindsey! I've been trying to convince my parents to let me do my semester study abroad in Morocco, and all you've done is reinforce that idea. Thank you so much!

  • @Peng1TV Al Akhawayn University offers exchange student programs with the US

  • I love your ring in the beginning of this video? Is that the royal ring? I want something similiar to that design except i'd perfer emerald better. Love your video's, keep them coming :)

  • we're you there when the terrorist bombing happened?

  • @sxephil

    @LinzLoves

I don't think I've ever seen a comment by Phil

  • Thinking about taking a vacation with my family this summer...would you recomend going to Morocco. I have a 5 year old girl and i dont know if she will like it. And i dont wanna spend 15 hours on google looking stuff about morocco so is it a good place to take a kid?

  • @batmanarkhamasylum10 Go see Hanna, judge for yourself. :P

  • @batmanarkhamasylum10 at 5 she would be happy in a family style resort, like in Marrakech, i took my 5 year old daughter and she loved it. when her dad and I want to go sightseeing (too long of a walk for her) we can leave her with other kids at the child care facility in the hotel.

  • @batmanarkhamasylum10 the staff is trained, and they always have people who speak several languages, they do arts and crafts, games and even organize a show with the kids for the evening. She spent all that week wanting to go there instead of with us

  • haha omg didnt know morocco had such beautiful buildings

  • Thanks for showing a part of the world that I don't think I would have discovered or learned about on my own, necessarily. What a beautiful place!!!!

  • 0:49 @sxephil shits himself

  • Wow, it looks so gorgeous and full of color. I love traveling. Glad you made it safely home!

  • @LinzLoves morocco's one of the most beautiful countries in Africa, It's got so much character!

  • Amazing video! Can't wait to hear about and see more of your trip.

  • Can't wait to watch the rest of the videos! I'm going to teach conversational English in Korea this summer. I am definitely going to check out the program you went through so I can do it in other locations as well.

  • @cupcakegel are you korean because i am?

  • @softballgirl1224 No, I am Vietnamese and Hispanic. I'm going to Korea through the city I live in, as an ambassador.

  • You should have done the Robot, in Rabat =]]

  • What kind of shoes do you usually wear on your trips? You do so much walking, I was just curious.

  • @sammyannmarie i bet u she says crocs

  • Lindsey has a Princess Diana ring! The blue sapphire surrounded by diamonds!

  • Yeah? Well my groove is positive and I am glad that your trip was mostly positive, as well. I would love to go to places in the Middle East.

  • @CaptKundalini HI there, just read your comment regarding wanting to go travelling to the Middle East. I would highly recommend going to Jordan, Oman and Dubai, although Dubai is unfortuantley to commercialised as majority of the population are foreigners and tourists. Just got back from holiday from these places and it was absolutely amazing. So much history, culture and beautiful scenery. Words can't begin to express how amazing those places were.

  • @maureen0208 Thanks! :) I'm going to be in Rome next week. I can't wait for that. Gonna hit London on the way back and that will be great to see London again.

  • @maureen0208 ًWellcome to Jordan anytime ...Thanks for your Kind Wards

  • Glad to see you enjoyed Morocco Linz, although it's a pity you didn't get to see parts other than Rabat as you seem to have just scratched the surface of this great country! Do you think you'll be going back there again? To explore the country a little more?

  • looks beautiful!

  • Thank you so much for filiming these videos. I love seeing other countries that I know I will never get a chance to see in person...you are a sweetie!!!

  • I went to Morocco last summer with my geography class. We went to Marrakesh, the High Atlas Mountains and the Sahara Desert. What a beautiful country! I wish I went again...

  • Decorating that tomb must have been a pain in the ass!

  • @Ccunningham420 The occupants of the tomb thought it was so beutiful that they were just dying to get in!

  • You will make such a cute mom <3

  • realy pretty ( and a random cat)

they speak french there dont they?

  • You and Phil should go on a world tour! Then he could also shoot the show in different countries, interview Youtubers for Sourcefed, meet world leaders and jumpstart the campaign for 2016. Vote for Defranco!

  • I was in Marrakech 2 months ago and loved it!!! Only toured inside the medina but there was so much to see and too little time. What was most memorable where the calls to prayer. Would love to go back and see more of the country!!!!

  • Looking forward to this series! Glad you made it home safe!

  • AWESOME! I lived in Rabat for six months.

  • Coming back to England soon? Would be good to see you explore other cities apart from London like Southampton, Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham etc :P

  • I like the comment that Phil left that was hilariously awesome!

And sounds like your trip was awesome! I hope to go to Europe soon, if you had to pick one thing to do what would it be?

  • how respectful of you Lindsey to turn off the music at the end for the reciting of the Quran. Please post the videos about the organization soon.

Oh, and don't worry about taking pictues. I've been there with family (not a tour guide or something telling me what I can and can not do) and it's not like someone is gonna stop you :-p Ok, maybe if you go stand in their faces and take pictures :-p

  • WHEN I HEARD ABOUT THE BOMBING ONE OF THE FIRST THINGS I THOUGHT WAS "OHHHHH NOOOOES, I hope Lindsay is ok" O_O

  • LINZ IS A BADASS!

  • LOL if you didnt know the border between morroco and algeria is like a war zone with no conflicts jus the army hanging around cuz they hate each other

  • @Cipheron i honestly wasn't aware. im sure everything would have been amplified because of the bombing too.

  • @LinzLoves i cant link you to the webpage on here but if you google the algeria morroco border theres is a page by reuters uk that break it down on why they hate eachother/semi-closed the bored

  • Rabat ! my city ! <3
