just did it. works fine. You have to login to you Yahoo! mail account and import then export. :)

It only works sporadically, because the code on both sides is really unreliable. HERE ARE HUGE TIPS:

- start with a brand new account, and Yahoo doesn't always let you log into it right away. Sometimes works, sometimes not.

- LOG OUT OF FACEBOOK, which was one that is most insidious. If you are logged in in another window, it will import 0 contacts

- If it does start to work, DON'T TOUCH ANYTHING UNTIL IT IS DONE.

Bottom line - it doesn't work without luck, like most of Yahoo & Facebook

This only works if you have 1k or less friends, my method works if you have any number.

worked for me, however, the 'lists' people were on in F/B did not transfer to the yahoo file and then the csv that I opened in Excel.
