Well Im sorry but your comment is clearly a fallacy, so you must be getting your information in the wrong places.

Solar activity has shown little to no long term trend since the 1950's. Consequently, any correlation between sun and climate ended in the 1970's when the modern global warming trend began

"We have a moral obligation" - More people would listen to him if he did what he preached.

For example, he could sell all his homes and move into a smaller house. Then he could start travelling commercial and in smaller rental cars insteads of SUV's & limosines.

At the very least, he could debate those who disagree with and open up his speeches to the press and let them report freely about his events.

Al Gores message as far as I understand is that we CAN continue to live our lives within traditional standards, and change to a green economy at the same time.

Al Gore gives millions of dollars to climate change issues and program every year. I think he is pretty clean from at morality standpoint.

I guess I mean, that if we all gave as much time and money to the issue as Al Gore, there would be no problem... so in my eyes he DOES do what he preaches.
