Seriously, you didn't hear the emphasis on the "and" between "power steering" and "brakes"? It's common usage for those of us who don't need everything spelled out for us on an individual basis: BOTH items are "power" LOL. My condolences to our Aussie friends. All those extra words in your sentences to aid in your comprehension must waste a lot of time over the course of one's life. :( ;)
