Caffcass needs to understand people are not impressed at all with the way they destroy the files which should by law be kept on file. @ruel786 the basic fact that most parents aren't able to present a clear, focused and objective view. Many parents also lack the understanding of discretion and strategy. 'Insight' however is absent. 'Insight' often ends up being 'The best interests of the child' or 'the needs of the child' but they don't define these. If they start to define what these things are, they loose their scope. Check out PAM 3 and Well being Models and the CAF, it's all there, you just need to KNOW it.

When I retorted with our side and gave him proof of the deception that was used against us guess what. SILENCE. NO REPLY. I pleaded for a Judicial Review. NOTHING. It's my opinion that Cafcass are administering a very "second-rate justice" on behalf of the judiciary. The majority of Cafcass Reporters/Advisors are not even legally trained. Most of them are social workers (you know the type, middle-class mumsies, the "touchy-feely brigade" shoppers at M&Setc).

If you're a teenager, you can also try running away on a constant basis. After the 5 or 6th time the police are called, the reports are available as third party evidence.
Tell the Judge you want to get out of care, you want to be with your mum, dad, grandparent, but out of the care home system.

Caffcass needs to understand people are not impressed at all with the way they destroy the files which should by law be kept on file. In 2000 they kept this data in a previous custody battle were I won the case. In 2004 they have apologized for not keeping the file on record. I lost in high court in 2005 my ex got custody.

Good post... I've been fighting for custody of my 8yr old daughter against the grandparents for 2yrs with cafcass submitting 2 reports so far in favour of the grandparents
the cafcass officer's reputation is not good among other professionals in the field
My daughter is seeing a councellor for emotional problems she is suffering with. The cafcass officer made his last report without obtaining any information from my daughter's councillor claiming he'd spoken with her. she told me otherwise

It's routine for CAFCASS to lie, they do so, so often, I'd be surprised if you'd said they were honest.
A lot of children are seeing counsellors, due to the way CAFCASS are handling the case. The children's needs should be heard first, if CAFCASS are silencing the child, then they get very angry, and who can blame them.
CAFCASS routinely silence children - they do what CAFCASS want, and have even locked up children in secure units, on a whim.

My son gave the Cafcass woman a good verbal spanking (without swearing) for not listening to him - she was off work for three months with stress.
The judge told me off - I was not even in the room!

Actually, it is called SCAN where we live, but it really SHOULD be called SCAM. They have long meetings discussing families (and false allegations) that they haven't even met (without even knowing anything about the children or their ages), and if that isn't a SCAM, I don't know what is. Queensland SCAN = SCAM. The public (especially parents, particularly new parents) needs to know these things so that something can be done.

She is lead writer for the Times and arranging MP's from every party to get complaints to the ceiling about CAFCASS.
Time to get vocal about how much we disapprove of their lies and perjury.
Everyone has the right to a "factual" report from CAFCASS.
if they give the Judge dodgy evidence, they undermine the Justice system.
hence the current uproar, and Council of Europe etc etc. The UK has had enough of this bunch.

No one ever has a "factual" report.
You can "complain" to CAFCASS - only they don't register complaints unless they "like" it. I'm not joking!!

Google for the Times "write to your MP". The Times are running a campaign against CAFCASS.
Ask your Mp to support the Times campaign - you can do this via email on the Times.
We need parliament to know how much we stand against CAFCASS policies.
Plan B
Your MP. Ask him to raise an EDM - Early Day Motion about your treatment by CAFCASS.

Social Services recently described me as "not an adult parent" because I tried to stop my children's dad assaulting my partner. The woman who spoke to my son believed all the lied that were told to her and never once spoke to my daughter about her side of the incident
I want any information you can provide on how I can expose these people - they don't even communicate within their department

Yes, that's correct; where we live, not only do they NOT communicate within their own department (even though they CLAIM to), they write a lot of letters with false information, claiming contact with other departments and such, when they haven't had ANY. Where we live, they don't even know their own state laws, or seem to care.

what a crock of shxt this video and cafcass are i know of 2 people that have had dealings with cafcass and one was a father that got full residence of his child. in each case that i know of cafcass totally ignored the child wishes and best interests and sided with the mother on each occasion even though the child made their wishes known so it just goes to show cafcass are full of crap

CAFCASS over rule the voice of the child.
One 15 year old wanted to live with Dad, so CAFCASS sent the police, as "thugs" to hunt
down the child.
CAFCASS intended to put the child in a lockdown secure care home (where they placed his 13 year old brother, so they were serious).
The lad went on the run until he was 16.
Police chasing the lad all over the UK as "thugs" for CAFCASS.
CAFCASS are a disgrace to the UK.

sometimes I have to partially disable comments as they get abusive...but I move the abusive ones to my "Unmet Needs" department of PaulaGloria com as horrible comments are a tragic expression of an unmet need according to the work of Marshall Rosenberg's "nonviolent communication" (NVC)

LOL! I think abusive would be quite a kind term if CAFCASS got to hear the truth of what UK citizens think of it.
The government watchdog OFSTED has failed CAFCASS in 3 out of 3 reports in 2008 so far.
So even OFSTED comments, which are officially sanctioned could be considered "abusive", nevertheless, they are truth and faithful findings by a government inspection.

Anthony Douglas should never have posted on YT there is just to much truth already been exposed globally about state inflicted child abuse and innocent parents losing children.
what about these children finding a donor should they fall ill? Caffcas have a habit of destroying data when they are found out lying about a case or covering UP!
God help adopted parents they have not got a clue about these children's medical backgrounds.

I was in foster care... these people who run these places are sickos.... foster care is the last place a child should ever be. Foster care is responsible for so much suffering...
People who run these foster care agencies need to be locked up with the government officials who allow these crimes against us..... protecting children is the last thing these people do... filling their pockets with cash made off the backs of children is the first thing they are about....
