with only 10 mil I suggest goign with cheaper stars to start with, and then get ilbis after you get your sauna/pac/wg(or stormcasters)/and snowshoes. It won't be worth spending all of your mesos on one set of stars at the start.

after lvl 40, u add 4 luk 1 dex per lvl. otherwise 5 luk for 8 lvls and 5 dex for 2 lvls.
