There were cars at front of this car where video were shooted from, so I would suspect that he was driving along traffic, however that was not enough for bus driver whom had to overtake from left so he can tailgate next car in line.
Video does not show if videoing car and those front of him are overtaking some slower vehicles, when lorry moves to left I would guess videoing car was planning overtaking the lorry and continuing same speed that car front of him.

There were cars at front of this car where video were shooted from, so I would suspect that he was driving along traffic, however that was not enough for bus driver whom had to overtake from left so he can tailgate next car in line.
Video does not show if videoing car and those front of him are overtaking some slower vehicles, when lorry moves to left I would guess videoing car was planning overtaking the lorry and continuing same speed that car front of him.
Bad behaviour from bus driver.

In Australia, you must keep to the Left unless overtaking, especially when there are big vehicles moving up on you.
Looks like this twit may have been in the fast lane going slower than others behind. If that is the case then this WILL happen.

Its not fucking legal to drive 40mph in the passing lane either dick head. It causes problems for the emergency services when cars in the passing lane are unable to get back into to the left lane to allow them to pass.

It isn't wreckless and buses are still allowed to overtake other road users legally. YOU DON'T BLOCK THE OVERTAKING LANE, EVEN IF YOU ARE DOING THE MAXIMUM SPEED LIMIT.
That lane is used for overtaking vehicles, a speed limit is also a guide for what speed you should reasonably travel at. 20mph on a motorway is more dangerous than 90mph on a motorway
