i like this game, but whenever i try to build a new building, my game says "there's no point in building buildings that are unprotected. So a great wall was built around the town." And then my game crashes. I am SAD. :(

Technically this is more Renaissance era than Medieval. The whole "fighting with light armor and only a small sword" is not Medieval, and neither is a cannon.

On another note, I'm still not sold on this idea. We've always known the "The Sims" franchise to depict modern life. To me, it seems weird to try to go back in time this far and still try to keep the same sort of gameplay. Obviously they found a way to make it work, though, I'm not trying to hate. Maybe I'll change my mind later.

I really hope after this whole midieval thing they decide to make a sci-fi themed sims game. It's much better to create your own world than base it off of an existing one. Just think, your Sims could live in space stations and travel to explore other planets. This game will have reached its full potential when my Sim can live on LV-426 and take off for work at the Starfleet Academy in a TIE Interceptor.

I brought the Medieval game & I didnt like it for the simple reason you can not move your camera angles.. I hate that... It's only left or right up or down, but you can't move the camera how you like... I hated the game because of it.. Now they want me to trust what they are showing & buy Pirates & nobles.. Sorry, until I hear different I don't plan on buying it... But I love the Sims 3 !!!
