how do you play the game and then upoload it to youtube? i have a ps2 and i want to be able to upload my gameplay, but i don't know how.

I record the PS2's A/V signal to my PC through a capture card in my PC (and to prevent having to watch my PC, I make the video signal go from my PC to my TV). Then I process it and upload it.
