i still have a hard time liking evo's i don't know... imean i respect its power and technology but it seems so frail and and i always hear on forums the gear box not lasting long or it's over heating, clutch sliping afther 5k on the car. my neighbore was test driving a galant at a dealership and i went with him to test a evo 10 to see how i felt. it was a monster st8 up and on the corners but that duel clutch gearbox felt weak like it couldn't take a beating like an h pattern. it can be strongr

those rumors are mostly driver error (ie clutch slipping at 5k, newbies learning stick on the evo). however, the 6spd on the MR models have smaller 4, 5, 6 gears so the 4th gear is known to go out on the track. i changed my stock clutch out at 35k with plenty of bite left, since i was looking for something with more clamping force.

Evo 10's Up in person, are so much better then what you see on computer/tv ect.

I was at the dealership earlier, and man They are wonderful cars. All the Preformance of the earlier models. I wont say more enjoyable, because thats only based on what you like.. but a very nice daily drivers car. and wont catch the cops Eyes as much**

Go check out the dealership some time and get back to me, Would enjoy seen if you change your mind and if not thats cool. bc- it is a big step in looks compared
