  • I am sooo excited to see this happening...I was diagnosed with MVP/Dysautonomia Syndrome in 1991 in Birmingham Al and had a horrible experience in 2004...since then I have really been working on doing the right things to prevent a "big" episode...I am 49 and back in college to become a nurse and want to help others who have dysautonomia...am relieved to see it being recognized...

  • @sherryh2009 : I love your plans, and how God has shown you this 'circle' of life you are to take. Am sure that you will help us along the way, as the timing is right. Best wiishes in all your endeavors and you keep on with your goals....God will see you through, and with His Blessing, it will happen. Highest Personal Regards, Dr Margaret

  • I actually had a migraine during this vid, and it escalated over the next days such that I needed an ER visit for all the pain and vomiting.....

...but it was worth it, and God is able to work even in the worst of circumstances.

Please visit my blog for a SURPRISE!

I'm applying to CSUN Graduate School, to work in this lab. Application is submitted, and I got my first letter of recommendation from a previous teacher (who still remembers me)....we will post it there so you all can see HOPE. LoLv

I got my doc's OK today, and bought all the vitamins.

Will do a video first, to show all what I am going to start taking...please check vid out so perhaps we can all start it at the same time......

Always looking for answers. Always thanking God for all of you, especially those on the other side of the pond.

    Lots of Love,

    Margaret

  • This is awesome!

  • As you will see, this is a great venture and God is leading the way.....what are the chances that I ever would have met these researchers? It was through a friend. Coincidence or God?

It is an answer to our prayers...and more excitement awaits!

  • wow! this is cool

  • Just wait, as God continues to open more doors.....!

  • the same research is being done at the university of newcastle, royal victoria infirmary. You guys should get in touch.

  • What a sweet answer to prayer!!!!!

I am calling both CSUN Drs. to let them know of this possible connection...I pray their lab becomes a busy beehive and we actually DO all get to meet one another and exchange ideas!

    Highest Personal Regards,

    Dr Margaret

P.S. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Continue in prayer! 2010 = The Year of the Avalanch e ...!

  • Thank you so much for sending me the literature manuscript of this research; I have forwarded it to Dr. Jaque at CSUN and we are all excited about future prospects that will put not only dysautonomia on the 'map', but will also put symptom relief, earlier detection, better remedies, and one day, a CURE!

LoLv and Appreciation for your unhesitating willingness to contribute to this cause.

    Margaret

  • This video blows my mind away! After nearly six years of running into blank stares from everyone from neurologists to pulmonologist, it is great to know that these people are here! They get it, and are doing something about it!

I wish both my son and I could be part of the research. It wasn't until after my son was diagnosed that I began to understand that I had a form of dysautonomia, though not as severe as my son.

I cannot thank you enough for all your passion and dedication to the cause!

  • You are right ~ they get it~ and THANK GOD they do!

  • Faantastic news Margaret. May God keep guiding you towards a cure. Thanks to all who took part in making this video. Blessings and hugs..Jan and Susan ♥

  • This research 'makes total sense' for dysautonomia.

I look forward to the day when this "Lifeshirt" (what an appropriate name, eh?) is able to be the 'golden standard' of care for the diagnosis and assessment of dysautonomia.

In light of today's technology, it seems timely that the Tilt Table Test (thank God we've had it) could one day be antiquated.

This is the kind of research that we have been awaiting!

    God Bless, Margaret

  • We all agree that it is extremely serendipidous that we even met one another!

It was just meant to be. Coincidence, meaningless, or God?

This is what we have been praying for, and they landed in our laps.

There was electricity in the laboratory air. Next time we meet, we'll have the school newspaper there!

I will keep all apprised of each step, on the day that it happens. We are all one Team, and we are all in this life together. I love you all so much.

    Lots of Love,

    Margaret

  • I am so excited Margaret...it just made my day. So many issues being addressed in this study. With our prayers, this research will produce enough evidence to be included in future medical student curriculum. Thanks so much for bringing this research to our attention, I am so looking forward to the end results.

    God Bless

    Your Brother In Christ,

    Jeff

  • Thank you, Jeff. They are still analyzing data and will be ready to submit the research for presentation.

It is so exciting to be aware of this research work...and who would have known? Work is being done in my old 'back yard' and alma mater, CSUNorthridge. It is as if my life took one big, huge circle. God be With Us as This Grows!

    Highest Personal Regards,

    Margaret
