alot of people already have six pack abs they just dont know because they have fat over them or they just do crunches which usually only work the upper abs so try to cut down on the calories and do some cardio

u dont look bad, lol u need to just stick your stomach in and change posture, but u can tell that u pump iron, u can get that six pack in like 4 weeks if u do cardio after ur routine like 30mins. Also lower the carbs and raise the protein, u know this well but u dont look bad just your posture sux man stop hunching and suck in that stomach
hed get a six pack in 4 weeks? u sound like those fuckin commercials! he first needs to get rid of the fat and then take time working on his body before he can see any changes! and trust me it is more than 30 days sir! if it takes u a long time to accumulate body fate then it surely will take u around the same time to lose it!
Yeah about 3 years ago I was up to about 257lbs, but I started to really watch my diet no junk food or sugar and I came down to 205 which is were I am now.Still need to lose a little more to get ripped. though.

Yeah about 3 years ago I was up to about 257lbs, but I started to really watch my diet no junk food or sugar and I came down to 205 which is were I am now.Still need to lose a little more to get ripped. though.

i've done this before, twice, it shouldn't take me long. I am doing a carb rotation diet that has worked really fast for me in the past.
