@OFWGz I'm not trying to start a war when i say this but keep in mind alot of "Straight Edge" people end up doing drugs and having sex and drinking after a while because they soon realize it's not evil at all. I do all that stuff and what do you know, I still have an education and am in a very happy relationship with someone who feels about the same as me and he used to be Straight Edge. I think saying "we are all on drugs" rly means that society in general is on drugs such as superficiality, materialism, and conformity in order to get by because life would be too difficult without adopting the mandates of society. Rivers admits that we cant get off of these "drugs" because society is built on them just like drug users cannot break their addictions.
