The Ephedrine in Bronkaid is Ephedrine Sulfate, not HCL. Works, but at a WAY slower rate.

Today I'm starting off with half doses half 25mg bronkaid, half 200mg caff

no jittery I'm good so far. more alert you can feel when it starts come on.

DO NOT go running hard, HIT, vinsanity, or P90X while on this PLEASE!

Moderate exercise wait 30 mins to an hour then take it. DRINK Plenty of Water Water Please I will post a video of my results and procedures.

Exercise increases the effect but dont go hard.

On the bronkaid how much ephedrine is in it? Is it hcl or substrate? Ideally u should be taking 25 mgs a dose along with 200 mg caffeine and the 81 mg of aspirin. And the studies didn't show whether or not aspirin worked so why not take it to increase the chances for best results???

you just need the ephedrine and the caffeine, the aspirin was only tested on obese subjects (which they respond differently to more normal subjects) and the studies aren't really conclusive. The thought is that it things blood and helps blood flow to fat stores, but haven't been proven to help leaner subjects.

What I am saying is, save your money, just buy caffeine and ephedrine lol.
