bastard189, you obviously haven't got enough air in it, 'cause I just bought one of these and have had no problems with it whatsoever. It's a quality piece of kit.
Just bought one. Junk, total junk..you have to fill the bag completely, otherwise the handles slide like hell..the bag survived 20 minutes before rupturing during a slam.
For fitness, ok..serious training, better a sandbag 10.000 times.
Great piece of equipment! Love these and and the slosh balls.
