  • Good morning, Angela...there's something I'd like to ask you:for how long should one usually perform the beginners workout before moving on to your "Pilates Essentials" workout? Thanks :)

  • @xMortax that will depend a liile on your current level of fitness. As a sugesstion if you are not finding it challenging anymore, it is too easy, you are not getting sore. Then move on. It wouldn't hurt to try one of the others just to get some variety and move different muscles. Listen to your body!

  • @mpmsavage It is a virtual representation of an "out of body experience" or gravitational interference from a parallel universe not sure which! :D

  • I liked it though I would have liked to see more different kinds of movements and especially more that worked on the arms and legs.
