whats funny is that this guy who caused me and someone i love very much so much pain was an avid listener of Elliott. for a long time the music didnt sound the same, it made me miserable to know somehow he liked these songs about people like him. but then i realized he could never understand the music the way i or anyone of you could understand it. because he's never been in love

Just because this guy caused you pain doesnt mean he cant understand that this music sounds good to him and it touches him in his own personal way. I dont think you understand.

Where people come to live their dreams, watch their dreams die due to being ignored by the sociopaths that lurk in our seedy underbelly of a music industry, and then watch on as a select few realize them, be 'discovered' and go on to be 'success stories'.
