1. Every time before decoration i use almond oil for 30 minutes on my clean nails

2.I always put base before laquer

3. Every evening ( when i don't forget :) ) i use cuticle oil for the night

My regenerating base is with palm oil and vitamin F (for dry nails)

Vitamin E is good for all organizm - skin, hair, nails,... and other.

I think all of this stuff are good for us.
