the way to get it is when in character cust. go to face preset,then click right one time.

@cripzman2221 Hey goto Gamlen your Uncles house and then enter go to the table to your left that says Hawks Writings and read it you will see Act Of Mercy hit accept and then exit talk to to your mom and then leave you will then get more info and lead to a area called Wounded Coast Apporach,
