Why are you running the right engine 80 degrees cooler than the left one? The Torques are even, so it looks like something might need to be adjusted with the EGT probe.
I own and fly a '79 Marquise and my guess is the torque gauges are off and this pilot should match the FF and EGTs. The FF is a good bit lower on the RE too.
